If you're in downtown San Diego and want some Greek food definitely give them a try. The service is great. They even told me they had a deal on draft beer and the restaurant is clean. I sat outside. Had a great lunch. Definitely love the fries.
Did a takeout order from here after being recommended to it by a friend! I was so excited to try it but was underwhelmed by the flavor of the chicken gyro plate and the sauces. The french fries were a nice touch to the overall plate, but were soggy and didn't add an outstanding texture. I'm a pita bread lover and felt that mine and boyfriends pitas tasted stale, so maybe it was just an old batch. I will definitely have to try the food in the restaurant to see if I just went on an off day!
Amazing food and service. It felt nice to be greeted by the owners right when I walked in. I got my order wrong and it was actually my fault but really came through and hooked it up with what I wanted and didn't make me pay. Awesome people. Music was really good too!
I like the Gyros here. Also the $5 beer on tap. Lady behind the counter was very nice. The man behind the counter was somewhat robotic and not very friendly.
Quick and easy delicious gyros quick wank from Indigo and Petco Park. The Greek saved me many nights working late coming in starving. The food is constantly good. Worth a walk as many of the delivery service apps will leave you hungry and disappointed in downtown San Diego. Meet the owner one night. Grate guy.
Decided to come here after a bad experience with Bub's. Rob, the owner made us feel welcome and suggested a few menu items since it was our first time. I tried the Grecian burger, my wife had the gyro, my older son had the Greek salad and my younger son had the Nick's fries. We sat on the patio and enjoyed our food, Nick's saved the evening. The service was fast and friendly, I highly recommend this place!
We hit this spot often when heading to Padres' games. The draft deal initially caught our eye, but the friendly owner and quick, good food keeps us coming back. It's a counter order place. I always get some sort of bowl or salad, which you can pick your protein for. All the proteins are good, with the meats being flavorful and tender. Great quality food, always fast and always tastes good. Been here so many times, and never got disappointed.
Food 5/5 Service 4/5 Casual to go spot, great for a quick bit for lunch. I got to-go through the yelp app and it was very efficient.
