Keep in mind my review is based on delivery but still everything was very disappointing, especially compared to my go to spot back home in NJ. First, the gyro sandwich itself is on the small side. No lettuce. Second, when you ask for hot sauce you get sriracha packets, which do not pair with gyros AT ALL. Third, their drink options are very limited. Had to settle for a Dr. Pepper, also a weird choice with a gyro. Fourth, I'm a dessert person and I couldn't get past one bite of either the loukamades OR the baklava. The beigne... read more
I ordered foods with DoorDash. I was sorely disappointed in what we got. First of all, I ordered a side of pita and it was not included in my bag. Although it was checked off as though it was included in the bag. I ordered a side of a chicken skewer. See attached picture it was dried out burned and hard. The gyros we're fair. I will never order from this place again
Ordered 2 pita meals. 1 chicken gyro and 1 veggie gyro and a side of French fries. Waiting for my order the phone rang 3 times with cashier girl standing and not answering the phone, she was just on an iPad. Drove off and parked 10 min down the street to eat them since parking is awful. Both pitas missing French fries. Side of French fries is $4 and you get about a small McDonald's fry, definitely not worth the money for the side. Called 5 times and went to voice recording, but the 6th call she finally answered, I let her ... read more
When I walked into this restaurant last week, around noon, I was rudely greeted by a worker named Miguel. It was a very unprofessional interaction and I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant because of the disrespect I received when entering.
No one picks up the phone if you want to order ahead and if they do, they leave you on hold. Ordering online requires creating an account. They make it highly inconvenient to order as if they don't want your business. Service is slow once you make it in there to finally be able to place an order but the pita was good. Just not good enough to go through the hassle of placing an order again though.
Take out order. Basically a salad bed with 6 overcooked falafel balls. First time and Iast time customer. The chicken skewer was so dry and overcooked it was crunchy. The pita was even burnt, what tiny bit of it there was. The cut-up tomatoes were as big as the pita bread. I don't know how anyone thinks this is good Greek food. I found nothing in my order worth craving again here!
Rating mostly due to customer service. I have been there twice and both times my order was wrong or failed to add items I added. I added a salad to my order and did not get it. And second time they missed my baklava. The food is good but need better process to ensure orders are correct.
I ordered two Greek Salads and received two onion salads. I love onions, I eat them in all varieties, and in all types of applications. But, what I received was literally handfuls of onions. There were so many onions it seemed like a joke. It was absolutely bizarre. Again, I love onions, but this salad was 85% onions. It looked like a joke or some kind of meme.
Extremely dry/overcooked chicken in the souvlaki plate. Ordered a chicken bowl also and there was maybe 2-3 small pieces of chicken in it. The side salad was decent. Save your money and find somewhere else to eat.
