Pretty decent food . I've only ever had this place and Luna grill and each are different for sure pricing is a bit higher at this location but also right next to petco park .
Food was fine though fries were soggy. Portion size for the plate is terrible. Felt like I paid $20 for $8 worth of food
Chicken souvlaki was trash and the baklava which makes no sense...how do you fkk up baklava?!?!?
I liked the place when I found it in April 2023. I visited several times within a few weeks. When I first ordered the veggie pita it came with a handful of fries on top of the veggies. I ordered the pita about two months ago and got back to work to discover there were no fries. I returned to show the staff that the pita was missing fries. The cashier poked through the pita with her fingers in search of fries which would have been visible on the surface. Place is a joke. Packs the wrong items, doesn't fix anything, and just says, "dur sorry we can't fix it. We can refund you and you can never come back, that's an option. " they don't care about their orders or their customers. Better chance of getting a meal right using drive-through. They don't care. Why should you? Any place who is willing to not fix an issue that is clearly their fault, you don't want to deal with that.
I ordered through GrubHub and the deliverer didn't bring my drink not my utensiles. The staff was absolutely no help. DO NOT ORDER HERE!
I used to really like Nicks when I first found it. But my past 3 orders have been terrible. Just this last order on uber eats I ordered chicken gyro and received the chicken skewer instead maybe they thought I wouldn't notice? idk but it was so burnt and dry that was all it tasted like. Nothing worse than dry burnt chicken, also ordered nick fries along with my order and I received a super small portion of just regular fries... that were soggy from a 5 minute drive. Ordered via Uber eats. Received an incomplete order after a very long wait. Called the restaurant 3x and received no answer. Missing beverages, salad missing dressing (yes literally just dry veggies) and extra dressing that was purchased, no tzatziki on the gyro plate. To top it all off we also found a very long curly black hair in the food. We'll be going to bed hungry tonight :(.
ordered delivery. The syrup needs to be changed in their fountain machine, because both Sierra mist arrived iced + carbonated water only, with no Sierra mist flavor. So annoyed.
