Visiting San Diego and couldn't decide on what to eat. Found Nick the Greek on Yelp. 7 min walk from Hotel and they didn't disappoint. Got enough for my money and I am full. I ordered Greek Souvlaki and wife got the pork belly. If we lived here we would come back. Service was good and so was the food.
Really good! I thought it was a great value for the price. The chicken souvlaki bowl was great and very filling. I really enjoyed the toppings too.
The service was exceptional but I didn't catch his name. He was so helpful and kind with a first timer. He was working the lunch shift on Thursday June 5. Owner take note! The chicken gyro was gluten free and delicious. It was clean tasting. The rice was a little mushy but good flavor. It came with tomatoes on the side and a salad with tzatziki. Solid Greek!
We came here for the Taste of East Village and the staff were so friendly and generous. The gyro meat was yummy and they offered one of the better portion samples of the event. Will be back!
Carried out Falafel Pita & greek salad! Wonderful . Falafels have shrunk but price is the same! Excellent meal!
$6 dollar beers near the ballpark entrance, great deal! Friendly staff. Great atmosphere for a pre game meal.
Still one of my faves for takeout when I am in the area. We got a Gyro (Yee-ro...IYKYk) and the greek salad - both of which were tasty!
