Great place to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch. Walked over here from the convention center, and glad I did. Ordered the chicken gyro bowl which was massive. I couldn't finish it. My colleague ordered the chicken plate which he said was delicious. Portion was also very large, especially since it came with a side. We also got a side salad with our order, which I didn't notice on the menu. Not sure which item it came with.
I thought the food was average at best. The pita was good but the meat was just the average salty (and kind of dry) stereotypical gyro meat. The garlic fries were a bit overpowering too
Best Greek food in SD!! Food is amazing I always get the souvlaki plate with chicken and it never disappoints. Price is fair for the amount of food you get and just how freaking good it is! We usually order food through door dash but went in tonight and I felt inclined to write a review because of not only the food quality but also service. We went downtown for Monster Jam and every restaurant we tried had an hour wait. We tried Nick the Greek and they apologized for not having the food out in their usual 10 minutes...our large group only had to wait 20 minutes and the food was amazing! Not to mention $5 craft beers on tap. The owner even made us free Greek donuts to try out and they were mouth watering delicious. I highly recommend this place!
This is by far, the best tasting Greek food I have tried! The staff is very friendly and respectful. The cook was very nice and man, can he cook! Thanks guys for the hospitality.
Ordered takeout from this location and it did not disappoint. The gyro was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend the chicken. The pita itself was super soft. Of note, the gyro was supposed to come with French fries inside but it didn't. Honestly we were ok with this because it still tasted delicious. Also got a falafel bowl which was super flavorful. If you're deciding to what to order I would go for the bowl because it's a larger quantity for just a dollar more.
The food is amazing! Big portions with tons of flavor! Very happy I decided to try this place out!
