I like this place a lot. I am upset they stopped selling falafel's. I like the gyro bowl & the Greek salad with a side of chicken.
One of the things I really love about this specific Nick the Greek location is how well run this place is as they bring FAST back to fast food. Fast food used to be fast, and reasonably priced, now it is typically slower than restaurants, short staffed, and expensive. I can order food through their app at the other end of the Castro Valley Village and by the time I get there and park it is ready. I love falafels and my go-to place is an hour away. Nick the Greek has been hyped up to me for years, everyone saying that it's the best place to eat at, so I decided to try it myself today. Mediocre to say the least. I like that they have a kiosk to order so no need to go to a cashier, but damn why didn't anyone tell me how EXPENSIVE this place is??? If I have no picture that means it was fire The gyro lamb was fire They aren't stingy with the fries, so that's a + I definitely recommend Nicks. Staff was friendly and fast. Key word fast.... My food was on my table QUICK. The way I like it Idk if I'm just fat, but why did I want two of those tacos???
Good food, plates are a lot of food! Kabobs are nice and juicy! Froyo with Baklava is the best I've had!!
Love this place. Great gyros and service. Delicious gyro wraps and crispy/soft Greek fries with garlic and feta! Can't go wrong!
Ever since i went to faz restaurant yesterday and i am craving this type of food. I looked them up of course in yelp! and found a local one near my home. Parking was a little tight. Ordered: Baklva Gyro bowl: Beefteki Side of pita bread Side of Gryo: Pork belly (the cashier recommended and it was yes o i'll try it who doesnt love pork belly?)
