Service was fast and the cashier was friendly and answered all my questions. Their Mediterranean Bowl is delicious and I love all the different tastes and textures in the bowl. The baklava is delicious too!

I normally don't go in for a large chain restaurants, but on occasion a medium size chain that has a great formula and consistent food is something I will indulge in. This was good! They had their gyros, and wraps down pat, the rice was good, the place was very clean, and the staff was just a little nicer than usual. Actually much nicer than usual. Very noticeable. I recommend this place if you're in Castro valley and you like anything greek!

Nicks was pretty good my first time there. I was surprised how good it was the skewers were tender and juicy my gyro was definitely hella good.
The meals are great here; especially the kid's plate. Stay away from their baklava. The nut is stale. Apparently, they don't make it on-site. I can't bear the smell of it. I had to threw it away

The food is basic and fast Greek food so it's not bad but not amazing either. This place truly deserves a 3/5. We were here for one of the local middle school fundraisers and the wait time is over an hour to get our food despite placing our orders online. The online order ETA was 10 minutes. I hope the managers plan to staff up the next time they plan to have a fundraiser at this location. They had 2 cooks in the kitchen tonight. We want to support our local schools but also don't want to wait an hour for fast food.
