I love this place! We moved to the San Rafael area in 2018 to be closer to grandchildren and I've been looking for a place with great Gyros sandwiches. This is the best place I found since our move from Chicago
Nick The Greek in Novato offers great Mediterranean food that is a tad pricey but worthy of a rare splurge for a fast, satisfying meal. With the exception of Souvla about to open in Larkspur later in 2023, there is not many great Greek food options in the area. The food is sooooo soooo SOOO goood!!!!! The workers and the environment to sit there is very nice too. 10/10 recommend!
I knew when I pulled into the parking lot that this was a popular place. My daughter insisted that I try a dish with lamb ( a meat I have never end like) and I was surprised how good it was, as well as the other dishes we got.
You have to give the nick french fries a try so good and the staff here are really nice
The portions could be a little bigger for the price, but overall steady and very yummy food.
It's kinda hard to screw up Greek food. They didn't but it was meh. Service is good. Ordered a side salad, with a side of gyro meat to make my own gyro salad. Wound up being cheaper that way. Also got a fountain soda and that was expensive! The space inside is kinda small ish. But for a casual dining spot it's ok. If your hankering for Greek this will suffice!
Fast service with great fresh food. Been here many times and everyone is super friendly and accommodating. I usually get the beef & lamb giro bowl with honey mustard aioli on the side. I can eat this everyday and I wish I could. The location is super nice and clean definitely worth going to eat there.
