We typically enjoy eating here, but today was a 1-star day for them because the cook in the back was angry that my boyfriend returned his chicken souvlaki plate. The chicken was undercooked and pink in areas and texture was raw. The cook had a tantrum like a child and told the cashier "this is the last time I'm remaking this" and then he made us wait a long time, over 15 minutes, before he remade the order. This review is strictly for the quality of food. We were getting Jamba juice next door and I was curious of the food here at since there were decent reviews on it. I got a lamb bowl and my husband wanted to try the pita and hummus. TBH, I am really disappointed with the lamb bowl. The lamb itself is a salty and they overloaded it with feta cheese so all I taste is feta cheese in this bowl. The flavor is incredibly overwhelming. Also, the rice is hard. I order beef & lamb bowl . it's my first time here but it's too salty. i order it to go.The disposable paper container is too soft it started to open inside my plastic bag. Service was fast that's why i'm giving 2 stars . Too salty and the sauce are not tasty. It might be my last time here

Doesn't taste anything like Mediterranean food. The meat is not seasoned at all and tastes nothing. The salad is only spinach with a lot of vinegar. Very poor salad and meat. The pita bread was alright.

Unfortunately, I had a grub hub delivery and my gyro bowl had all the sauces and yogurt dressing all over my bowl. It's always been on the side. So wasn't the most delicious meal to reheat with the yogurt.

Heard great things yet it wasn't so great when I tried! Maybe I just went in on a bad day because the chicken was DRY!! Nothing tasted fresh besides the falafel. It's not worth the price in my opinion.

The Vallejo California location is an extremely hostile experience for an African American. The cashier and staff are extremely rude and racist to black people. They will stare you down without a greeting or anything. This is the second time, by a totally different cashier. Almost like there being trained to act this way. Totally unacceptable. But I watched them greet the Caucasian people in front of me both times.

So this is my doordash order. I should've listen to my instincts and never had ordered here. The chicken IS SOOOO DRY!!! The fries are limp asf with too much Italian seasonings ‍ pita bread is hard and taste burnt... hummus taste like there was no olive oil, garlic, lemon OR salt added. The side vegetables, tomatoes and red onions... tomatoes- not ripe so they have little needs in them since they're not ripe. Onions are also dry. The side Greek salad that came with it.... So went back to try other foods. Their chicken Gyro salad was DRENCHED with dressing, more dressing than anything. The spinach was plan out gross to even eat & the chicken you couldn't taste the flavor because of the dressing. The lamb gyro wasn't bad at all. I now know to not get another salad from them. Disappointed. The bowl the salad was in the dressing drenched through it.
