Chicken Gyro with fries was my order. I'm eating the chicken thinking the pink color after biting the chicken was just from the way they cook it .. no . I was sick with food poisoning for a week . Plus the cashier is also handling your utensils without gloves after he's done touching the screen , playing in his hair , and handling cash . That's cross contamination . They won't give you water to go cups as a policy. Otherwise, yeah, the food has been decent. The times I've gone there.
I place a phone order for food for pick up. I picked up my food and drove home and I opened it only to find out that my order for $26 dollars was not even worth it. I have order in the past from here and I have not had any problems until here recently. I know time are hard for everyone but skimping so bad on food is not going to fly with me. Food was great, tried the new steak gyro, and it was wonderful. I've been a frequent regular for about two months now, going at least weekly but tonight left a more sour taste than the yogurt. Cashier input my rewards phone number incorrectly and couldn't resolve issue- she was hesitant to bring it up to management simply because there is no manager there! Ordered 2 chicken souvlaki gyros and a side salad. Gyros were missing the fries and the side salad was missing the olives. Disappointing.
Ordered online and expected to be ready in 11 mins. Got there at the eta and waited an extra 15 mins, I'm still waiting right now. The cooks in the back didn't look like they were in a rush even when it's lunch time. I'm writing the review to get a free treat.
Very scary experience, the manager kept giving me the evil eye and making me feel uncomfortable and I was wondering why and then all the sudden as I was eating my food something sharp poked in my neck and I'm worried that I have to go to the hospital. After swallowing the food I was very worried I probably should have inspected the food knowing that the manager doesn't like me. Very awkward situation I don't think I'll be getting there again, I'm considering getting a lawyer. Personal injury against the place.
Sadly this business has severely dropped in quality. When we entered the cook was verbally abusing a cashier. Then proceeded to go back into the kitchen and throw a temper tantrum. He was slamming spatulas in the grill and yelling "I know I'm being a d*ck". He was throwing bowls and stuff around while continuing to berate the poor cashier. I've been a regular at Nick the Greek for a while now, and there's one meal I always order, but for some reason, this location always seems to skimp on the meat and other ingredients. It's honestly become a bit of a disappointment. On top of that, during my recent visit, I witnessed something really unprofessional. There were two chefs working in the back--both looked like brothers--and the heavier one was yelling at the cashier in front of a bunch of customers.
