So unless I failed to mention it, I grew up near Chicago where Greek food is profoundly good. So when I heard Vallejo was getting a new Greek spot I was over the moon. I ordered a Chicken Souvlaki and my wife order the chicken gyros. It was just ok. The chicken lacked flavor, and the pita was obviously bought from a subpar food distributor. Being completely starved for fresh feta and homemade baklava I decided to to give up and buy a ticket to Chicago.
If I could give ZERO stars I would.. ordered something from here and ended up with food poisoning. Worst two days of my life...
Way too salty, definitely not good taste. I've tasted better Greek food. Hard rice
