Worst service ever!!! Ordered food online at 6:54 pm. Estimated time food will be ready is 7:04. I got here at 7:15. Counter person said 5-10 minutes more. Still waiting for my order at 7:48pm!!! Just go to a restaurant. Probably will cost just as much, but at least they'll probably serve your food timely!!!!

Usually pretty good. Ordered chicken and the beef souvlaki. Paid extra for the Greek fries which were flaccid. Not even a chance they were crispy from the start. Like spaghetti. I will order kabobs with rice again but no fries. Yuck

This review is based on our most recent experience. We have been here a handful of times this year and always had a good experience. We have always ate in the restaurant. Friendly service, food was fresh, tasty and serving size was generous. Today, I Placed an order in the restaurant for take out... the serving size was very small. I thought they forgot to add rice but it was there, barely covered half the bottom of the bowl. I was actually really surprised on how little food was in my beefteki gyro bowl. The portions are ridiculously small compared to pinole and it's expensive. I don't think I'll ever come back to the restaurant in Vallejo.

I got hooked on this place through the San Leandro location, so decided to try this one since it's closer to me. I like the chicken bowl, so I got the same thing here. Sadly the portion is not near the same as the other location. You will get about half here, food costs are up all over the place but I need more protien for a $14 bowl. I'll continue to go to the San Leandro location when in the area, but Vallejo will be skipped.

I'm a regular customer and pick up food worth $50+ all the time. My family and I noticed the food they give are less and less. Today, the bowls were not what we're used to. I asked for extra rice and paid for it but it was noticeably overlooked by the kitchen staff. The salad in a falafel bowl is barely above half, very bare minimum. The change in food portion doesn't match the price anymore. I was also supposed to get salad on the side and it wasn't there.

Enjoy their food but it's hit or miss if it's fresh. I've ordered ahead for lunch and dinner a few times. Lunch is usually fresh. My dinner orders have never been ready on time. Last night I waited 10-15 minutes after arriving to pick up my online order. Walk-ins ordered and got their food before I did. When my order was finally ready, I walked away with a bag of cold food. This is the third time this has happened. I won't order for dinner again.

I have eaten at a number of Nick The Greek locations and always like their food. This was my first time at the Vallejo location. What a disappointment. The service was slow and they seemed disorganized. I saw that my order was sitting, but he guy at the counter was so focused on taking new orders that he wasn't bothering to turn around and see orders that were ready. Ordered a bowl today and sadly you get 2 small chicken breast for $12.49, not worth it when Chipotle is across the street. Flavor wise it's good but they skimped out on you.
