Ordered online to pickup. Was ready right away. Gyro was look warm. Fries were barely warm and tasted like they were sitting there a while. Not good. Why can't they keep to go food in some sort of warming area? And why do you serve old fries? I have no idea. I've been to this place many times that was the worst. probably won't be back for a while. There are better places in Castro Valley.

The food was good but we ate it cold because our order was sitting on the counter for 25 minutes before I got up to ask about it. I agree with one of the cooks that I overheard telling the two girls in the front responsible for calling out the orders that they need to pay more attention. I placed my order through the kiosk but for some reason my name didn't go through. I wait with my mom for about 25 minutes until I finally go up and ask about my order. Been seeing these franchise and yesterday was the day I had to try it! I got the lamb and beef gyro. And for extra $4 it came with fries and drink. All in all, about $19. I don't mind paying, if the food is good! However, the worst Gyro I've ever had. I mean it was bland and cold! I've had Gyro from many places, but this is the American version of fast food! Ok this was my first time trying this place out. I've heard a few mixed reviews. But I was craving for kebobs. I had some Indian chicken kebobs and it was awesome. So I figured what the heck. I'm gonna give this place a whirl. Well. I ordered a beef and lamb pita. I didn't know if I was gonna like the sauce so I had it on the side. Well it was tasty but a bit dry/over cooked. It's an Ok place. Noticed they screwed up my order and I shared it with them and their manager was very unfriendly and rude. I didn't want any thing extra, just asked for the missing item. With that attitude, I will never go back. There's absolutely no reason for that kind of attitude, specially when the person who was putting the order together mentioned he made the mistake. And on top of it sandwiches have more fries than meat. So I paid for premium fries with attitude. No thanks!

The service is fine. I ordered a chicken plate and the star of the plate was the fries and flat bread. The chicken was a slimy greasy mess that I could barely eat. The bathroom was in disarray and the sink didn't even have water. I have concerns about health code violations.

Beware of vegetable gyro pitas. We ordered online on two different occasions and each time there were small pieces of meat in that veggie gyros. The second time, we even added a note of ' please no meat' on the online order and we got some. Totally disrespectful. The kids meal has the best value overall.

You might wanna let customers know you're out of 80% of fountain drinks and utensils before we order a combo with drink and salad. Ordered a meal to go no napkins no utensils and only had 2 drinks from fountain working. Food was ok but wasted 20 bucks considering I didnt eat my salad or get a drink

I really wanted to enjoy this meal but..The Veggie Nick fries were hard and dry topped with nothing but an excessive amount of flavorless mushrooms & 3 thin slices of Zucchini and half way thru eating my Gyro I discovered a long brown hair. I paid almost $18.00 for dry hard mushroom fries and hair in my food... I don't recommend this place...Throw the whole restaurant away..Oh and they only have Pepsi products to drink..Yuk!
