Placed another order through the app. Yet another lackluster performance. Paid for onions on my salad, didn't get any. Paid for tzatziki sauce, didn't get it. Asked for utensils, finally got them. Looks like I'm now starting to lose some money by their performance. Guess I'll do my best to be as uninsulting as I can be while I open the bag and check through my order before I leave the store. I've given this place three chances and each time they've done poorly the most recently I've actually returned my order for a refund because I asked for fresh fries and my meat well done. I get served stale fries with cold meat. Don't come here and get take out unless you want to waste your money with overdone cardboard fries that are cold and lukewarm meat that's rubbery . Go to the union city location, you'll thank me later! Cheers !
I order a pita veggies with salad and add pork , did not get the salad , call and ask for my side salad , they where ride afirming that they put the salad !!! When i didn't receive anything !!!!! They she replies with We can make you another one for free !!!! WHAT !!! I did recibe anything !!! It sad i work in that plaza . I went to pick up my side salad i paid for , and the cook was mad !!! And gave me a durty look ! Honestly i will not be going back to this place from this experience !
Went here Friday 8-12-22 there was a lot of young people behind the counter talking away and not paying much attention. We ordered 3 chicken gyro we had them once before they were hot the fries in the gyro were hot it was really good. BUT this time the flavor was okay the fries were cold and hard disappointing another thing about drinks is there are no unsweetened drink offers or ice tea unsweetened. I never give negative reviews anywhere.. I will change it back to 5 stars. This is just a plea to invest in your tzatziki sauce. We love your food. But we totally noticed you switched to some mystery version during the pandemic. We stopped going ever since. Tzatziki is what makes the dish come together. You cannot use mayo or whatever alternate it is that u are trying to save $ on. Also when we order frozen yogurt, please train employees not to leave holes in the middle of the cup. I always get the same grilled chicken gyro bowl and today I am extremely disappointed in my order. It had 2 pieces of chicken in it when it's usually around 6 or more and had about 5 shreds of lettuce. There was the smallest drizzle of sauce on top and the bowl was pretty much just filled up with rice. I am unsatisfied with my order and don't know why they are deciding to skimp so much on the food recently. Hopefully next time I come back things will have changed.
This is for togo and online order review. I ordered 4 different gyro and only 2 were made correctly. This is the price for fast service. The food tasted very salty. I will not be back.
Visited this restaurant on June 23rd. Ordered the chicken gyro. What a disappointment as the meat Was so dry and without flavor. (Maybe kept reheated for quite some time). Was very disappointed. Will never visit restaurant again.
We came here to eat and began our order almost 45 minutes before they closed. There were several others still in the restaurant eating. When we placed our order the cashier said they would be closing at 10 and that she would only serve us in to go containers and we couldn't stay due to the fact they were closing in 35 minutes (not 45 we posted).
