Cashiers with long pink nails and stank attitude. Bathrooms are gross couldn't let my child use that bathroom in that condition. Tables were dirty and service was bad but the food and the presentation was okay. I'll make my orders at a different location for my mental sake next time.
Decided to order my favorite gyro salad for a take out for my dinner not knowing they had discontinued that for about a month already. Didn't know what they offer for other kinds and couldn't look it up since I was driving, I ordered Greek salad with lamb ......what a mistake! Most of salad was raw onion and green bell pepper not to mention a whole bunch of cheese......
Send the first one back!!!!!! Cold like it was setting !!! Next one still cold hardly anything on it and the taste was horrible!!!! My last time here !!!!!!!
Chicken was raw and I order rice got fries paid $18 for nothing not one dam thing was right
The facility in Hayward is way better. We tried this one today. Way too much sauce. We asked for two chicken gyros and they gave us two chicken souvlaki. We think they drowned them in sauce so we wouldn't notice. It looked like the rotisserie chicken was about out. And they gave us the wrong ones that we didn't order...
If I could give zero stars I would. Never have I experienced such a disrespectful kitchen staff. They messed up my order, which wasn't a huge deal to begin with. So I asked them to remake it, which they told me they might be able to, might not. Then the kitchen staff, specifically a balding man in the back, (did not catch his name) began to make belittling comments about how difficult I was being and expressed how inconvenienced they were by the whole ordeal. Two girls behind the counter gave me a rude look and barely even gave me service. Lo and behold they don't even give me my food! Smh don't come to this location! Save your time and go eat something else. Owner should be embarrassed at who he hires
If I could put zero stars, I would. This was my first and only experience at Nick the Greek: My Dad picked me up on my lunch hour and saying that Nick the Greek would be a good option to check out! He said the food was solid and the expectation when we walked into the (empty) restaurant was that the service would be quick. The food is great and wait times are minimal. However I have ordered and paid for extra tzatziki every time I have gone here and gotten it maybe 10% of the time. Obviously it's only like a buck each but it's a huge bummer to get home and realize they left it out of the bag. I should not have to check your work each time I pick up food. Please do better.
