Quality and service has dropped tremendously. Food was cold and extremely salty. Service is poor. Not worth the price.
What a disappointment! I was really craving delicious Greek food but this place didn't heat the spot. To begin with, the service was atrocious. The cashier who took our order didn't tell us our options when we order our food. I ask for the chicken plate which was really burnt. It came with French fries which weren't good either. The salad had no dressing. I wanted rice but got fries. I should've double checked with the cashier about my order but didn't, so I got the hard and burnt fries. The staff here is very unprofessional and slow. If you order delivery expect for it to take hours just to get you're order out the door. There are plenty of great local restaurants in the area to order form. This isn't one of them.
I was one of the only 2 customers in the restaurant. I ordered take out and have been waiting for my order (1 order of beef Pitas) for 20 mins. They were busy preparing door dash orders so the people who ordered inside the restaurant were totally ignored. I was still waiting and waiting and it turned out that the order was out in front already but noone called my name to pick up?!!! I stood there for no reason as my food became cold. This frozen yogurt with baklava and honey wasn't even half way filled. Will just be going to Redwood City location from now on. Would give zero stars if possible.
what's with the red onion obsession.. no one wants excessive amounts of think cut red onion... calm down Nick.
This place gives 1/3 the amount of food as other locations. I usually order from Willow Glenn one and they give so much more meet / other vegies. We ordered from this location through Doordash and this place gave us about 1/3 the typical amount. I think the price was $1 more too. Scam. Go to another location.

Sorry we disappointed you Bonghyun, as a franchise we strive for consistency throughout our 15 stores, and portion control is a component of that always. With regard to pricing, we have no control at the store level, everything is priced identically by our headquarters. Give it another shot please.
The food was good but we got scammed the customer service was bad. I tried to get the combo for 3.99 and she asked me for what kinda of meat but didn't tell me it was 9 dollars more. So I ended up spending $15 instead of $3.99.

We are running a “Limited time offer” when you purchase any gyro (9.95) you can get combo for 3.99 which includes fries, soda and a baklava. The combo items alone would cost $9.75 À la cart Our in-store signs and video are very clear on the offer
Horrible. Second time I ordered from them and none of the items in my order were correct. Get it together nick the greek it's not that hard to read.

Sorry to hear this. We confirm orders for accuracy with each driver before we release food. The issue is occurs with dashers and delivery services picking up multiple orders at our restaurant and mixing up the bags in their car upon delivery. Unfortunately, it happened twice to you.
