We used to love this place, but then today had the worst pickup experience. 1. Both chef and the server DON'T have masks on. The server did have the mask on but below the nose when talking to customers but not in the rest of time. And the chef doesn't have a mask at all. 2. Flies everywhere. 3. The server is rude. Typically love the food. Pretty upset right now. I asked for no onions and there is a crap ton of onions. I started to pick them off but there's so many so now I'm just eating the chicken out of my gyro... fun... only get to eat the chicken now.
Had a poor experience here. Food was salty, service was bad, they filled my beer with a half cup of foam. Prices is not worth it.
Quality and service has dropped tremendously. Food was cold and extremely salty. Service is poor. Not worth the price.
What a disappointment! I was really craving delicious Greek food but this place didn't heat the spot. To begin with, the service was atrocious. The cashier who took our order didn't tell us our options when we order our food. I ask for the chicken plate which was really burnt. It came with French fries which weren't good either. The salad had no dressing. I wanted rice but got fries. I should've double checked with the cashier about my order but didn't, so I got the hard and burnt fries. The staff here is very unprofessional and slow. If you order delivery expect for it to take hours just to get you're order out the door. There are plenty of great local restaurants in the area to order form. This isn't one of them.
I was one of the only 2 customers in the restaurant. I ordered take out and have been waiting for my order (1 order of beef Pitas) for 20 mins. They were busy preparing door dash orders so the people who ordered inside the restaurant were totally ignored. I was still waiting and waiting and it turned out that the order was out in front already but noone called my name to pick up?!!! I stood there for no reason as my food became cold. This frozen yogurt with baklava and honey wasn't even half way filled. Will just be going to Redwood City location from now on. Would give zero stars if possible.
what's with the red onion obsession.. no one wants excessive amounts of think cut red onion... calm down Nick.
