I got a chicken gyro combo and while the chicken was very yummy, the fries could be skipped.

Came here twice and had a great dining experience both times! The first time I got the souvlaki bowl with chicken, and polished off some loukoumades (Greek-style beignets that are heavy on the honey and oh-so-good). The second time, I got a gyro bowl with pork belly (wasn't expecting this meat choice to work, but it did!) and baklava. I think my first dining experience was overall better, but I really enjoyed the fresh fries and salad that both dishes had to offer! The loukoumades were excellent, and I ate right in front o... read more

Super solid! I'm definitely going back. The food is fresh and delish. And true Greek with the pork inclusion.

Took a leap of faith and tried this place, and I'm so glad that I did. This is a STANDOUT. Souvla is so mediocre, and this place really puts that into perspective. The pitas, the salads, the options to make things healthy and up to your tastes is amazing. They don't skimp on anything, especially flavor. Everything is super well done and without many great gyro/souvlaki options in SF, thank god this place is now on the map. Pita Sando is amazing, the salad is great: tasty, lots of meat, lots of veggies (salad is well cut up s... read more

Nick The Greek is a good option if you're craving Mediterranean like I was one day! The flavors are there, but it's definitely not the best that I've had. Considering that it's a chain though (it's amazing how many restaurants they have actually), that's what the expectation level should be at. I created an account so that I could preorder online. Upon creating an account, you automatically get awarded 100 points which is enough to get a side of fries (Chipotle I'm looking at you)! However, the downside to ordering online i... read more

Great Customer service, food is always served hot and it's made to order which is nice. I recommend the beef/lamb or chicken gyro pita with the greek fries and the frozen yogurt. Definitely check them out :)

I was so happy to see the spits of meats cooking in the back, all with crispy edges. So many gyro places take a shortcut by just searing chunks on the griddle to order, glad they do it the right way here. Loads of meats options and ways to eat your meat, kinda like a Greek Chipotle. Though my favorite meat choices are the rotisserie gyros and my favorite way to eat it is on a fluffy warm pita with Greek fries on the side. Pork Belly Gyro: It's not like big chunks of pork belly that you'd get in a Chinese bun. Still thin... read more
