Did not like the food, very dry even with the sauce. Fries tasted like cardboard, worst $18 dollars I ever spent. Service was good though just not the food. I think the sauce gave me an allergic reaction because my throat was hurting afterwards so I couldn't finish my meal :(

I grabbed some dinner to go since this spot is somewhat close to BART and has healthy options. The place seems new, the place is small with a few tables. The food was fine. It could have tasted fresher. I went with the chicken and beef/lamb gyro plates. The chicken was super fatty and dried out, the beef and lamb was a much better option. The fries were pretty generic, and either were not freshly fried or they did not travel well. The rice was fine and the plates came with plenty of pitas. One small side of tzatziki. The falafels were dry. Period. I ordered both the greek salad and the Falafel pita and neither one was "moist and delicious". I couldn't eat them. I tossed them and just finished the salad and pita without them. Everything was was refreshing. However, at a place like this the falafel should stand out in a positive way.

Gyro bowl w/ falafel: not sure why everyone is raving about these bowls, but they are slightly better than bagged salad mixes--flavorless (esp compared to Souvla salads). Very light on the salad fixings, heavy on the rice quotient. Falafel were cold after the first couple of bites. I ordered Nick's fries; they were soggy, cold. When I returned them, the counter guy smiled and said, "we will make these fresh for you!". Which... read more

Below average food. DoNOT recommend. Waste of money. The bowl was just rice, falafel was as dry and hard as wood.

The manager Rodolfo was extremely inappropriate. Both to customers and other staff. He made several strange remarks to young women in the restaurant. It made my experience at Nick the Greek unbearable. I hope that Rodolfo is punished and takes responsibility for how he was treating guests. Be aware.
