The place itself was in a good condition. It was clean for the most part but the trash cans had some sauce on it so when I threw away our plates it got on my hand. The vibe was very much a young atmosphere. Tons of students were there being loud. The waitress was a bit shy. She spoke very low and made it hard for us to hear. But she was nice nonetheless. Foods great, could even be considered the best greek food in santa cruz but im giving them a solid 3 stars - It woulda been a 5 star rating if yall didnt forget my babes utensils!!!

We visited this place a couple of months ago and its a nice spot in the Santa Cruz downtown area. We ordered a veggie bowl and some fries. Our kiddo loved the fries here and kept asking for more!! Veggie bowl was also good and the food was really fresh. The bowl had some falafels, good amount of greens and salad, some cheese and dressing. When you want something, quick and inexpensive that feels semi healthy this is the place. It is fast food tho so expect that type of 5 star quality

I was really looking forward to getting traditional beef, lamb gyros. I grew up in Chicago, where the gyros were amazing. I love the meat along with the fixings. I got the beef lamb, gyros, rice bowl. I think to save money they shaved the gyros into tiny, thin little pieces. That took me by surprise because in Chicago other places they've gone they've actually slice the gyros off the skewer as it browns I saw the cook, cutting the gyros meat off the roast when it wasn't brown at all. The food was ok, but the wrap was a mess. I ended up eating it with a fork and knife. They definitely like their onions. I got the chicken wrap and again it was average. The baklava was kind of dry like it wasn't the best..

I ordered the Souvlaki chicken gyro bowl and it was fantastic! I am gluten-free and everything in the bowl was safe. The bowl is half yellow rice and half lettuce with chunks of red onion, tomatoes and cucumber, then topped with a super yummy sauce! I went inside for a pick up and it is very nice and clean. The staff was also very friendly! I asked if there was any flour or gluten in their french fries and there is not. I've been to the middle east so I know what authentic Mediterranean food is like, and man this was still delicious as hell. Gyro flavors are incredible, they give you a lot of fries too. Worth the price
