Will definitely come back for more! The sandwiches are amazing! So much meat and vegetables! And full of flavorful sauce! And their Greek yogurt with baklava and honey is to die for! I would eat there every day if it wasn't so far of a drive from us.

COVID review Wow! Very surprised at how great this place was. They had hand sanitizer stations, social distancing with 6 feet away markers, menu online to look at, & of course mask. Food: Pork Belly Gyro (5/5): This gyro was so full of flavor and was a cool twist usually gyro is beef/lamb. It was meaty and had a good amount of fat but not overwhelming chunks. This place is lowkey fire. I like the Greek salad, I wish there was more feta and olives in it so maybe ask for extra if you like those. Otherwise it's very good. I've tried all the meats and don't really like them but the falafel is always good. Maybe I've just gotten unlucky with the meats but they've always been dry or unpleasant. First time ever eating Nick's, and definitely will be a regular now. So. Freakin. Bomb. I got a simple Falafel pita with extra sauce (and they hooked up the sauce , definitely) and it was just overall magical. I also got hummus and pita bread for later, which also did not disappoint. Love love lovvveee this place!

Souvlaki pita sandwich is really terrific: the sweet onions give it a uniquely delicious taste. Can't wait to come back again.

For vegetarians, Greek is almost always a safe bet and Nick the Greek did not disappoint! The falafel was so good. The falafel itself was nice and moist, perfectly cooked, and that tzatziki sauce would make anything taste good. Great options for the meat-eaters as well. This place is a big win for everyone!

FOOD 5/5: Outstanding food. One of the better Nick the Greek locations. Gyro bowls and Nick Fries are the go-to every time. Hummus and pita is 2.5/5 star though, would avoid. SERVICE 4.5/5: Friendly service. Sometimes they can be kind of slow in the kitchen even though it's packed of people. AMBIANCE 4/5: Nothing special to add, just a standard interior. PARKING 1/5: Downtown Santa Cruz. Parking is terrible. Just park at the paid lot around the corner. NOTES: None.
