Food was flat tasting like a bottom line fast food chain. The 'steak ' kabobs was a flavorless mystery meat that I couldn't eat. This is insulting imitation greek food. $21 wasted again.

Oh, holy moly. I probably had the worst customer service call from Nick the Greek. We ordered two bowls (chicken and pork belly) from the phone. For context, I had to call about 5 times to put in an order before it was picked up, however this was not the case as to why I'm rating it really low (they were probably busy). My boyfriends goes in and picks up the order. They made it incorrectly and instead of pork belly bowl, they made us a beef/lamb bowl. This is the last chance I give this place . Once again old cold falafels and fries and no sauce ! This time they added fries inside threw it out was just not worth a single penny. I can't say enough good about the Santa Maria location always friendly fast service and freshly made food definitely worth the drive!

Noticed it downtown and went in and had a gyro. Worst I've ever had! The bread was stale. The lamb seemed old tomatoes mushy and they put soggy french fries on it. Just disgusting. He wants some good Greek food. Go to Petra. I don't even think this place would be good after an all-nighter at a bar.

Food poisoning twice. We shouldn't have been back but it's open until 2. But then they close early sometimes? So 0 stars this place is open because they stay open late and then they don't

Service was Terrible!!!!! I had to wait for cashier to get off his phone before he toke my order!! Protein portions are small for the price they charge for a Bowl!!! Restaurant is clean with nice atmosphere!! Probably won't be back !!

When my fiancé and I started ordering here about a year ago the food was great. The past three times we've ordered we have been disappointed. We usually get it to go and eat it at home, always finding it prepared differently than it has been before. Tonight was the worst. Spicy yogurt sauce tasted like it had gone bad, no dressing on the salad and the chicken kabab was so bland it looked and tasted like it had been boiled. The onions/ tomatoes smelled like wet dog. Yuck.

Absolutely love Nick the Greek and is one of our go to spots. So this would normally be 4-5 stars but one employee needs an update on food safety handling. I went in for lunch on 9/17 at about 12:30 and ordered a lunch and a froyo. I watched her make the froyo and some of the yogurt was leaning over the side. She proceeded to push the yogurt back into the cup with her bare finger, lick the yogurt off her hand, then serve the cup with a finger divot in the side of the yogurt! My girlfriend went in to get me dinner and this is what she said. "They didn't even try to be patient with me. I have cerebral palsy. I had a basket to put the food in but the lady just held out the bag. I asked her to put it in the basket and she just put it on the edge of the basket. And if I did not try to grab it the food would have dropped on the ground. Overall this was a horrible experience."
