I had the lamb/beef gyro and it was amazing. The pita was such a great texture, unlike any I've had in a gyro before. The flavors inside the gyro were also incredible. Best place for a gyro in SLO.

This food is easily the best Greek find in SLO! Left the grand opening already wanting more and the service was amazing! The Chicken Souvlaki plate was everything I could've hoped for and more with delicious rice! Can't wait to come back to this fun establishment.
We were so excited to see this place go in! We've missed Greek food so much since moving from So Cal years ago. My daughter and I both had the chicken bowl. Sooo much rice, very little cucumber (about 5 or six small chunks, very fine crumbles of feta, and some lettuce but seemed lacking. The sauce was awesome on it however. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Santa Cruz. So excited that one is opening in San Luis Obispo. When we are eating healthy, our favorites are: *Chicken Shawarma or Chicken Kebob platter with amazing hummus *Greek Salad with big chunks of feta *Frozen Greek yogurt with honey and baklava!!! *Other salads with all the yummy sauces on the side. When we're not eating healthy, the loaded up fries are super yummy. Can't wait until this opens :)

Nick the Greek is SLO location has such rude staff. THE FALAFEL SUCKS ITS SO DRY I've never had such bad falafel. The sauce they give you tastes bad. They are not friendly and the guy working in the black shirt at the downtown slo location was very rude I've never been so disrespected by an employee before he was working at 1pm on a Sunday June 14. He sucks also the rice is mid I may just be mad at the worker but this location sucks go to a different one or somewhere else

We stopped in for lunch and the restaurant was empty. We ordered a bowl with beef as a combo and sat down to wait for our number 74 to be called. A couple came and ordered after us. They called order 75 and then looked at me and said ladies your order is ready. I told them that i don't think that is my order because it was two bowls. We got a chicken shawarma and the fries were soaked and soggy from the oil. Zero crisp. The lettuce was discolored and wilted. The tzatziki was good. Pita was decent. Chicken was ok. My husband got the combo souvlaki plate he ate the meat and rice but asked for no onions but he got onions. He wasn't happy with his meal either. Staff was friendly.
