this place has great food and a great staff. i've eaten there before and the food is great and well priced. on another night though, i had a friend that needed help and even though i didn't buy anything this night the staff still gave me water and a bag. will definitely go back and support!

Great Greek food. Very friendly place. I have had the Pork Souvlaki, Lamb Gyro bowl, Greek fries, and Avgolemono soup. All are very good.

First time eating here and it was really good, really fresh, and well seasoned. We will be back for sure!
The Best after Saturday night out food ever! They played good loud music. Serve fresh nice food. Lots of after party crowds were there eating and dancing. Amazing atmosphere! Will visit again next time during night out in downtown SLO. Highly recommended!

I was debating between the beef/lamb gyro and the pork belly gyro. The cashier offered to let me try both to help me make my decision, but then was told they were out of the beef/lamb mixture. I ordered the pork belly gyro combo with Greek fries. The bread and the meat were great together in the gyro. There wasn't many fries inside the gyro, so I'm glad I ordered a combo. Customer service was so friendly and polite but unfortunately the food was lackluster. The best part of my meal was my pita and Dr. Pepper. House salad wasn't too bad once I added more more salt to even out the dredged leaves in oil. The hummus was chalky and the falafel was dry and under seasoned. The fries were soggy... Sigh.
Tzatziki tastes like authentic Greek made. Our favorite is the chicken Gyro bowls. Victoria, the manager was a super sweet gal who looks like she was working hard for the customers.

Great food and prices, but also incredible attention to detail. The managers and staff are so friendly and creative in making unique experiences. From an incredible grand opening to fun music to fog machines on a Thursday night, Nick the Greek isn't messing around. They are so friendly and a wonderful place for a meal and a fun experience. Highly recommend.
