This is the best Greek food I've ever had. Everything looked and tasted even better. So fresh too!!
First time here. Me and my girlfriend been wanting to try something new so we decided on nick the Greek. We were not disappointed at all! We tried the lamb/beef pita gyro, chicken pita gyro and the chicken gyro plate. Both gyros were to die for, full of flavor and fresh! The fries were perfectly seasoned and really yummy! I will definitely come back here! As far as covid they seem really clean and professional about it! Very happy about that as well! Good job
To all my garlic lovers out there, order yourself a plate of Nick's Fries if you want a Greek version of carne asada fries but with gyro meat, feta, & lots of garlic. Nick The Greek is located in the middle of main street in Ventura. Do some thrift shopping along the street and comeback here to eat some comfort delicious Greek food. Amazing quality, very consistent. They make sure you are taken care of when ordering special items, and they are very helpful if you are unsure what to get. Hand grilled pita bread.
Went here for the first time last weekend. Outdoor seating with heaters! The menu items are basic but delicious! I had the souvlaki pita which was excellent. My friend had falafel pita ( so good he ordered another to take home!) the standout here is the bread... soft warm and fluffy! I'll definately be back. I only wish they had more locations in Ventura and Oxnard. The prices are fair and the ingredients are fresh.... a winning combination!
Mustard sauce doesn't go well with chicken gyro. Felt like I was eating a Big Mac........
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here, I had never tried Greek food before and let me tell you I was greatly impressed. The owner was very friendly and very attentive.
My first time in Ventura. Food is delicious. Nice and friendly staff and clean. Outside dining is great.
I love their gyro sandwiches! They put French fries in them which is totally different. But they put a good amount of gyro in there so it isn't lacking meat which is great.
