I've eaten here before I honestly like this place, always good service and fast; the only reason im taking the time to write this it is because they were not busy this time, i asked for no olives and got no olives but also no lettuce odd for salad.
We found this restaurant while looking in vain for a different one. The service was very friendly and the food quite good! We were happy to have found it.
Ahhh memories of Greece. My friends can tell you I am a Greek-aholic and I love everything greek. I stopped at this place in downtown Ventura coming back from Santa Barbara to LA just to try it. My husband and I had just returned from our trip go Greece and we were craving Greek food and we decided to give this restaurant a try, I didn't have high expectations since the food in Greece was out of this world delicious, but it was bad. Obviously it's not the same as it is in Greece, but it was good and it served it's purpose.
OMG i have no words to explain this but I meet with one of the cashier her name was Angela.To start off Angela has an amazing personality greeting the customers with a happy greeting and telling us if we have any questions that don't hesitate to ask questions. I ended up order a gyro bowl with chicken and then I ask if I can get a side of falafel and she said that they can make a bowl of half chicken and half falafel. Fantastic food! We had the beef/lamb gyros, Greek fries, and hummus. It was all amazing!
our meal here was so good!! we got the greek salad, feta fries, beef gyro sandwich, falafel sandwich, and the chicken bowl- it was all amazing!! Super kind workers as well and it was SPEEDY! So sad I don't live in Ventura, if I did I think I'd eat here every day

A new fav on main. The chicken gyro was perfectly seasoned. Never had fries in it but that was good too. My daughter had the hummus and pita. The hummus wasn't citrus enough for my taste but it was good and the pita was perfectly seasoned and warmed. The Greek foyo was good with baklava. I recommend this spot. The staff was friendly and fast. The place was clean and nice too.
