Haven't been down Main St. in Ventura for a long, long time. They have the roads open for pedestrians only and a lot of outside seating because of Covid. Anyway, a friend recommended we eat over here because he's vegetarian. There was plenty of public parking down the other streets, and I think it was free for a few hours. I ordered the chicken souvlaki plate, only because I saw it on Amazing Race, and wanted to try it. It's basically chicken skewered and bbq'd. It also came with fries and a salad. This place is such a hidden gem and should have a line out the door!!! The food is absolutely incredible and looks just like the advertised photos & videos and the service was great. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!!

Came to visit my friend and decided to try this place out. I got raw chicken skewers so my appetite went away, the salad was really fresh though. My friends meals were cooked well and they seemed to enjoy it. The service was great and I got a refund. I'll probably try this place out again and thoroughly check the meat before I get disgusted again.

Was looking for a snack after enjoying oysters and decided to come here based on their frozen Greek yogurt and baklava dessert. That was worth the stop - it's sooo good! The fries... not so much. $4 for fries and I feel like I got a half serving. They were good too but I felt they skimped out or didn't care. My fries came out right after I barely paid and they weren't hot nor freshly fried. I would've rather gone to the Habit or something to fill my fry craving instead.. 3.6 stars for my experience with the froyo tho : ) ... read more

Ordering online and Applying the great coupons they email to me, is a zip. The friendly staff are very quick to prepare your order. I like to eat various meals from their menu, but their chicken souvlaki bowl is one of our favorites - with a froyo w/ baklava & honey to top it off!

As someone who loves Greek food, I would say this place pleasantly surprised me. Would someone complain about authenticity? Probably, but then again there is always someone who will. Flavor 10/10 Service 11/10 Ambiance 10/10(we were there during the week at 4:00 PM) Honestly shocked by how good the service was for being such a casual place. Highly recommend I will be back for more

Great food and awesome people. I ordered vegetarian plate and I got grilled vegetables as a part of it. I was surprised to see that I didn't get falafel. I was told that I need to ask falafel plate instead of vegetarian plate. I apologized for confusion and asked for a side of falafel. I was given a complimentary plate of falafel instead! Huge shout out to Jackson for helping me here and acting as a customer advocate.

Every time I'm in the area I make sure to stop by nick the Greek. The food is incredibly tasty and fresh and not ridiculously over priced. The ambience is casual Enough for any occasion and the service is always quick and friendly. Definitely get the Greek fries. Thank me later
