I've had Nick the Greek before but seriously the food was not good. I had to stop eating because my chicken was not cooked properly. They are also understaffed and the place is dirty and there is only one person at the cashier and the same person serves the food.
Was at the Fountains and wanted a quick lunch. Flavorless gyro! What else is there to say.
Ordered to go. Food was packed in a bag with no utensils or silverware. Don't know how I was expected to eat salad with no utensils. Really should be a given that to go food is packed with utensils.
First of all...Don't order through Yelp. I preordered and paid through Yelp for a $75 food order at 2:30pm to be picked up at 5pm. I arrived at 5pm and they said Yelp never sent the order. Eventually they started it over but it held us up 25 minutes. The wraps were good but the fries were soggy. Customer service was pretty bad.
What the hell? After looking at the reviews and photos, I ordered the gyro plate, but apparently I shouldn't of went off photos and photos that say "gyro plate" because that is definitely not what I got instead, I got some dry ass french fries and dry hard pita bread, terrible. Apparently I did not properly read the website when ordering per staff, But this is so ridiculous who would order a plate with some hard ass french fries instead of rice!? Meh. Seriously, that's about it. I LOVE Mediterranean cuisine. I tried the hummus w/pita and the beef/lamb gyro. I didn't notice the fries addition until it was served. Hmm, gyro w/fries inside? What would Zorba say? Probably (no way). But I've not asked him, so bear that in mind. Lemon! The meal needed lemon like flowers need spring. The hummus was dry. A little lemon and ... oh I give up. First & last time. We ordered the falafel plate with fries. The falafels were ok but a bit dry & bland. They don't give you hummus with the platter. The side salad was lettuce & couple pieces of tomatoes. 4 tiny little pieces of pita bread. The highlight of the meal were the fries. I have never had such horrible fries in my life. They tasted more like plastic sticks. No flavor no substance. I think they were refried them from couple days prior. How can you get fries wrong since they are frozen.
