Wanted to like it, meat was mushy and not fresh at all! Nothing was fresh, the fries tasted as if they have been sitting, they were soggy and cold. wanted to try the frozen yogurt but lady was cleaning it in the middle of customers wanting it. Missed out of on a few orders for the froyo. Maybe don't clean the machine in the middle of the day especially hours where families are out wanting it.
I genuinely wanted to like this place, but the chicken is absolutely horrible. It's unbearably dry and somehow tastes undercooked at the same time, which is honestly disgusting. I don't understand how they can serve food like this. I gave this place two chances and tried two different chicken dishes, and both were equally awful. This was easily one of the worst meals I've had, and I will definitely never be coming back.
Hit or miss with the quality. Chicken is burnt and dry, was this left over from last night or it was sitting out for 2 hours? Pita bread is dry and hard.

We asked the cashier to change the sandwich, and while the fries were replaced with fresh ones, the chicken was still not fresh. Unfortunately, this really affected the overall quality of the meal. I hope the restaurant improves its food freshness in the future.

I ordered the chicken gyro plate. Chicken was dry and so was the pita bread. Rice was decent. When I arrived the gal was putting together a large to-go order. While she did eventually apologize for the time it took, earlier eye contact and a smile would have been appreciated.
I'm rating it 2.5 stars First visit and last, too. The place was empty when we arrived around noon on a Monday. One other person had come to pick up a to go order and another arrived to eat here. This mall area (the fountains) is super busy but this place is dead. We were promptly greeted and helped with placing our order. Excellent service. They are so so slow. Waited 30 min for a takeout order. Was thinking this was fast food but not with a wait like this
