If I could give it no stars I would. The meat was super dry. Rice had no seasoning pita bread hard as a rock not to mention they got the order wrong and when I asked the young lady before I left, did you remember the extra sauce she said oh yeah, and there was no extra sauce by the time I got home Complete and total disappointment

The Hispanic female cashier wanted to charge me for mustard and ketchup, so I decided to leave a bad review. I've been to probably 10 different locations of this restaurant over the years and I've never had to pay for mustard and ketchup. I'll go out of my way to avoid this location from now on because of this. What a great way to lose a loyal customer.

Food is great, but not when it comes with a hair of a chef with long hair without a hair net. I hate to give it to stars. I should've given one Star! I feel bad for the owners for trying to sustain a small business. Was good while it lasted never going back again that's disgusting. Good thing I started eating the food in my car and was able to return it back to the receptionist. I didn't even care to take a picture.

Newly opened close to my home and was hoping for a go-to to-go spot. But NO!! Came in person and ordered the 2 skewer combo plate. Waited inside the small restaurant for the food to be ready. It only took 5 minutes, signaling that the meat was not freshly cooked but must have been reheated. The meat was cooked through but lukewarm which again confirmed that it was not made to order. The manager was very rude and didn't care if there was enough sauce on my Nick's fries. He dumped some of the meats out in the kitchen to make it look like I ate the meats and threw the fries back to me. The fries were good with plenty of sauce the other day. I went back to order Nick's fries again. They were flavorless without the sauce. I will never go back there again.

Fries taste like they were fried in old burnt oil. Too much sauce, only the pork belly tasted like a traditional gyro

If I could give a zero, I would. Asked the person who rung us up about the chicken: which sandwich had the most meat, gyro or souvlaki? He said souvlaki. We ordered one of each. Although the gyro was way heavier, it was also ended up being very dry, hard, and chewy. The souvlaki meat was so tiny. The souvlaki at the Woodland Hills location is 100x better. Ambiance&service. Today was the Grand Opening and free lunch was given from 11-2:30. When we went up to order there was a woman teaching the cashier. She was not very pleasant and when we asked for a kids plate for my grandson she said "Absolutely Not!" Quite definitive. The cashier saw the looks on our faces and said "only 3 dishes allowed per order" there were 3 of us and my grandson.
