Ughhh I really wanted to like this place. I work in the same center and heard mixed reviews but I always like to make my own judgement. We ordered from uber eats and sometimes delivery/food is questionable. Delivery was on point and everything came as ordered. We ordered four bowls. 3 chicken souvlaki, no rice and all the things. One steak with just steak and French fries for my teenager. She said fries were ok but loved the steak, unfortunately there were only 4 pieces the size of my thumb. Had to make her more food and pai... read more

We love greek food and hopeful this would be a regular stop for us. I ordered the gyro plate and received a plate of undercook pork belly gyro. Other dish was chicken souvlaki (out of pork souvlaki) with fries, received 2 skewers of chicken cooked previously and left on the grill. Dry and cold. No fries and rice we didn't want. Kitchen was full of teens goofing around without supervision or care for the food & clients. Don't think they will be around for long.

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your recent experience and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. At our restaurant, we take pride in preparing our food fresh and serving it warm every day. We’re disappointed to hear that this wasn’t reflected during your visit, and we sincerely apologize for that. We also want to clarify that we’ve recently discontinued the pork souvlaki from our menu, so it’s no longer being served—not simply out of stock. We underst... read more

I had high hopes for Nick the Greek, but it really missed the mark. The chicken was dry and lacked flavor, and the pita tasted old. The tzatziki didn't taste fresh, and the portion size was pretty small for the price. On top of that, the staff seemed uninterested and service was slow, even though it wasn't busy. Definitely not worth the hype -- I won't be back.

Business response:

Hi Kimberly, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your visit to Nick the Greek didn’t meet expectations. We strive to provide flavorful food, fresh ingredients, and great service, and it’s clear we fell short during your visit. Your comments about the chicken, pita, and tzatziki, as well as the portion size and service, are concerning. I was really excited to try Nick the Greek. I ordered the gyro with beef/lamb, Prasini salad, fries and froyo. The gyro was average, the 9.00 Prasini salad was such a tiny portion and did not look anything like the photo- it was absolutely ridiculous how small the amount was. The fries were soggy, cold and limp. Froyo was pretty tasty with the honey and small amount of baklava crumbled in- which I ate on another night. Very expensive for what you get. I ended up throwing the fries away after eating one bite. The salad ... read more

My family loves Mediterranean food, so we had high hopes, but unfortunately, this place was a disappointment. Starting with the positives: I had the beef/lamb gyro. While I requested no onions, they still came with the order, so I had to pick them out. The flavor was okay, but the gyro was soggy and lacked the freshness I expected. My wife ordered the steak bowl and felt the seasoning on the meat was off, leaving an overpowering garlic aftertaste. Now for the bad: My son's chicken skewer kids' meal was inedible. The chic... read more

Thank you so much for your honest feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re very sorry it didn’t meet expectations. We’re a new establishment, and while we’re still in the early stages of training our staff and fine-tuning operations, we completely understand that that’s no excuse for the issues you encountered. Since your visit, we’ve been working hard to improve both our food quality and service, and we've already made significant progress. We’d be grateful for the chance to m... read more

I had a really disappointing experience with Nick the Greek. Their website is incredibly hard to use for online ordering--it's not user-friendly and can accidentally duplicate your order. That's exactly what happened to me, resulting in a $100+ charge. I tried reaching out for help, but calling the restaurant didn't help either--they said they couldn't fix the issue and offered no real solution. It's frustrating that there's no reliable way to resolve problems caused by their own system. I'd recommend avoiding online orderin... read more

I ordered the Greek Gyro plate with Chicken. The chicken was like little crumbs that had been leftover scraps. It was salty, greasy, and very processed. The "salad" contained only red onions with a few small pieces of tomato and there wasn't any dressing. The pita bread was cold and dry. The only item I enjoyed were the fries. If I hadn't taken the food to go I would have sent it back to give them another try.

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. What you described is far from the standard we aim to deliver—especially with one of our signature plates. We take quality seriously, and your comments about the chicken, salad, and pita are concerning. We're still working through the growing pains of being newly opened and are actively refining both our food prep and service. I appreciate you pointing this out, and I’d love the opportunity to make it right... read more

We came at 5;10 pm. At the counter I was told. "Just a minute please." While I waited about 7-8 minutes, the counter person made 4 sundaes & was unsure who ordered them. Ordered & sat with my husband. 20 minutes meal came. Oops, mistake on order. Took my receipt to counter & showed a young man who was busy bagging to go orders. Handed me a box with the fries that were omitted. When I sat down & opened the box, oops again! I was too tired & hungry to go back. The fries were limp & tasteless. The gyro was passable. ... read more

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and honest review. I sincerely apologize for the experience you had—from the wait at the counter to the order mix-ups and the quality of the food. This is certainly not the impression we want to leave, and we take every part of your feedback seriously. You’re absolutely right—we’ve only been open a short time, and while we’re grateful for the support, we know that’s no excuse for disorganization or lack of oversight. We’re actively improving our training, systems, and te... read more
