For its price point and being a chain this is pretty good. It isn't comparable to any Greek spot in Europe or Greece itself. Yes even Gyros spots in Stockholm Sweden destroy this spot. But if you really crave a Gyros come here.
I've been missing a good Greek spot and was so happy this one popped up in my neighborhood. I order the Gyro plate and I'm never disappointed. The side salad is fresh and perfectly dressed. So yummy. The plate is packed w TLC and consistently delicious. My preference is the lamb and the flavor is delicate and on point. I prefer to pick it up because when I requested delivery, my delivery guy never made it to me. I think he ate my dinner!!!
This location is amazing. The food is always hot and delicious! The team here offers great service and the restaurant is always clean. Definitely recommend when you're in the area! You won't be disappointed.
Nick the Greek is a favorite! Exciting to see more locations opening up. I'm hooked on the gyro bowl with chicken - consistently delicious. Great place with expanding options! Service is always quick based on the two locations I've visited!
I decided to try this place out and wasn't all that impressed. I won't be coming back. Just sorta meh (sorry). I could be wrong but they don't have white meat chicken. I think it's only dark meat and I'm not a fan of that.
I found this place about a week after they opened. I'm a big fan of Gyro's ever since I had one in the Latin Quarter during a New Year's trip to Paris. There are plenty of Mediterranean and greek places to eat in LA and their gyro's might be better (I'm still researching) but I really like the Gyro at Nick the Greek. The place is very clean and well located in a two story strip mall on Lincoln Blvd. The staff is very nice and super friendly. This will be one of my staples from now on.
Much better than expected! Juicy chicken, fries are perfectly cooked and salad is good.
Make sure to check your take out order. They didnt put everything in but they corrected quickly. Nice customer service. The pork, fries, salad, pita all tasted great. The bad was the gyro meat, lacked alot of flavor and was cut paper thin. From their pictures it looks thick cut, maybe it was end of night and they were running out. The price is also good.
OMG!!!! Sooooo good!! I got the chicken pita and let me just tell you I haven't had an appetite in a couple days. I finished the whole thing! Didn't leave one bite! Everyone working was so friendly and the space was very clean and brand new!!! I'll be coming here often! Congratulations on the opening:))
