Amazing food and service! Large portions and a variety of options. They even let me make customizations to the plate. Make sure to order your fries Greek style with delicious feta cheese & green onions Fresh vegetables, perfectly cooked steak & a relaxing atmosphere is hard to beat.
I rate NTG the best Greek gyro chain in LA. The gyros and salads are great. Service is on point-professional, quick and accurate. Prices are reasonable for the very high quality. This location is also very convenient in the PCH/Maxella shopping center in MDR. Highly recommended.
The food is mostly alright, however the fries here are some of the saddest I've seen outside of fast food. They are thin and floppy with zero crisp and barely any seasoning. The rest of my gyro plate was decent but unremarkable as far as Greek food goes.
Very good fresh food. I would like more veggies in my pita versus so much chicken. Lots of take out orders where eat in took a while to make.
The service here wasn't the best. The restaurant wasn't clean and the food took a while. The fries were tasty, but I wasn't a fan of the pita wrap. Prices are a bit high for the quality serve served, not bad, but also not worth rushing back for.
I love the Nick The Greek franchise. The food is a bit different in every location and this was the first time I tried this spot. I had the pork belly gyro plate that comes with fries or rice, pita bread, tzatziki and a salad. It's a great deal for the amount of food you get. I also tried their new side dish, spanakopita, and it was pretty good. They also have Greek desserts like loukoumades and baklava. There are a few tables inside but most of the orders are to go. Free parking is available at the front of the store.
It was my first time at Nick the Greek and I absolutely loved it! Parking in the plaza was limited but easy to find that day (despite being on the weekend), right in front of the restaurant. I was looking to find something quick to take out and enjoy on a beautiful day and The Mediterranean Bowl + small drink were perfect. The bowl offered a great balance of flavors and was of good size. Basmati rice, Kale/greens, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Basmati rice, Chickpeas, Pickled Onions, Lamb. It was so delicious! Service was pleas... read more
Great food and friendly service. We walked here for a bite to eat before seeing a movie at the AMC a block away. The Gyro Bowl with chicken gyro was tasty and filling. The sauces on top were very good. The cashier was nice and explained the difference between chicken gyro and chicken souvlaki. He did warn that the chicken would take about 15 minutes which wasn't a problem because at least I knew it would be super fresh. The ambiance is bright and clean. You order at the counter and bring it to you when it's ready. There's... read more
I brought a newly-arrivef trucker friend. Just right! The place was neat. Easy parking. Varied choices. Adriana took our order: professional, sweet, patient, friendly. We liked the Greek music -- the Top Ten in Athens, probably! Delicious foods. I liked lamb/beef pit with fries. Trucker liked mixed kabob and rice. The drink that's included -- mineral water in a lovely green bottle. We'll be back!
