Wanted Pei Wei but it's closed now and the food here looked promising. Tastes fine but while I was eating I found what seems to be a have grey/half brown eyebrow hair in my food I'm 20 years old I don't have grey eyebrows or any old ladies in my car. My appetite is ruined for the rest of the day thanks :(

Hi Mossyplants, We are sorry to hear about your experience. There is no excuse to find any non food item in your food. We did a thorough check of our restaurant and we couldn’t find something that you posted. We even check the cameras for that day and did not see the food come in contact with anywhere else. Again we are sorry about what happened and our doors are always open to welcome you and your friends. Thank you
Their food is really not good. There are so many good Greek places that don't serve you dry food for better prices around. Don't waste your time or money.
Business response:
Hi Karolyne, All our food items are cooked to order so its pretty juicy. Thank you for sharing your experience with us because every review helps us better understand how we can improve. Thanks again, and we hope to serve you soon!
My order was clearly saying "no onions, extra fries". However my gyro pita was full of onions, fries were soggy and no extra. Consider this review as the request for the full refund.
Business response:

Ordered takeout from here and it didn't live up the hype. First, the avgolemono soup was not at all lemony - it basically looked and tasted like chicken noodle. I also got an arugula salad with chicken souvlaki and was less than impressed - the chicken was greasy and there was nothing to the salad other than a side of dressing. I liked the fries but not enough to order them solo. Seems like this place is known for their pitas - perhaps a misstep on my part to order something else. Would try a pita if someone else ordered fro... read more

I didn't enjoy my meal, nothing taste like what it should be. The falafel is horrible, the gyro is not cooked well and its kind of expensive

Thanks for tiny amount of meat onn literally everything . The soup had no meat (might as well call it a Piece of chicken soup and taste like juice on the bottom of a broccoli pot .

I ordered the Gyros beef and lamp plate, dry and burned meat and rice mixed with too much turmeric. who would put turmeric in rice and if so why so much to just taste turmeric! Be aware!

Meat portion size and hummus portion size for cost is rip off. For a $20 meal platter, I expect the portion size to be more than just several slices of meat

Way too salty. Everything salty. The service was very slow and the only positive thing i can say is the only food I can actually tolerate eating was the pita bread. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
