First of all I love nicks Greek, but yesterday I waited an hour for my order. I totally get it things happen and you get behind but when you wait patiently and get your food cold and half done Not Good!! I didn't bother going back in to complain I just will never return. Morgan hill nicks needs to get it right!! You all have a great product but don't half fast it :) wish you guys the best of luck...

Good food but service is bad and staff has attitude. We waited an hour for our food on a Monday night. Yikes! We won't be back.
Really disappointed with this place lately. Used to be a favorite for my family to go to, but recently it hasn't been a good experience at all (besides the food - at least that's consistently good) I went in to pick up an order that had already been in the system for 20-30 minutes, and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. Visited the Morgan Hill location earlier today and amid all the Coronavirus concerns I was disappointed to discover that none of the staff working today (4 employees) including the cooks on the grill were not wearing protective masks. Not sure what regulations for such restaurant businesses are but if clients are required to wear masks prior to entering the restaurant I would assume the cooks prepping my meals should be wearing masks also. Came in for a carry out order. The wait was ridiculous. ABSURD. INSANE. Possible the worst ever. My order went in just before 6:30. I stood there for 43 minutes. FORTY THREE MINUTES. For 3 gyros. One beef, 2 chicken, with no mustard sauce. I get home. They put mustard sauce on both. I did call them and they refunded me for the mistakes. Food was just mediocre. Trying to support local business during these challenging times but they need to step it up. Called in an order and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later only to be told it would be ANOTHER 20 minutes because the cook was "just now pulling out the meat for the burger". Not sure why anyone thought it would be a good idea to not get started on an order right away????? We launched a new way to order online direct to skip the fees on our website and let me tell you it has caused our staff a struggle to keep up and keep in line. Nick the Greek is a decent, inexpensive greek option that I've dined at for years but now that I live in Morgan Hill the Tennant station one has horrible customer service at night. The staff leaves the phone off the hook or sends it to voicemail so they don't have to answer . It has happened 3 times where I called for 20 min straight and no one responds and VM not set up. Went to Nick the Greek in Morgan Hill as i often do in San Jose for years as i run a restaurant around the corner from their downtown location . Was having a good day until I talked to the cashier at this location. He gave me nothing but attitude the entire time for no reason. Never got to eat here. I was excited to finally be able to try this place but when I went inside, it was so uncomfortably hot, I couldn't stay. I went in a couple days later and it was still the same. I don't understand if the AC wasn't working or if the owners are just cheap. I felt very bad for the workers who are literally sweating in the kitchen. Is this really how you treat your employees and patrons? No thank you! I don't need to try this place that badly.
