I really like this place however, today was the worse service I have ever received. There were two people ahead and a huge family behind us with kids. Everyone got their food except for my husband and I. We ordered fries, a gyro and a salad to go so it wasn't a lot of food..... but somehow everyone got it before us. We were there for 30-40 mins. Tried giving this location many chances and all times they either messed up my order or the food was off. Never coming to this location again.
This crew working was absolutely terrible, they were cursing in Spanish at each other and ignoring customers trying to purchase items. I was stuck as I pre-paid for an online order. Got our food m, chicken pieces were raw and pita bread cold and stale.
I lost my appetite as soon as I saw the fries come out. Undercooked, under-seasoned and dripping with grease. I REALLY love fries from Nick the Greek, but they are not good at this location. After having many bad experiences here I didn't come back for quite some time. I have had a few ok experiences here, but I'd say 85% of the time I'm very disappointed. Lousy food, lousy service as well. Sadly disappointed for the price. Will not be returning .
Mediocre lunch. Fries were too crispy that it lost taste. More like chips! Gyro had too much flavor that it lost the flavor of the meat itself. Too overwhelming for my taste.

Got some fries with a bowl , food was okay not good not bad . Maybe change your carbinate from the sodas . Drink was nasty and didn't wanna deal with the girl in the front . Workers should be more active and happy instead of being sad and miserable .
Today I ordered a Greek salad with chicken skewer. To go plate was cardboard and dressing absorbed right into and through the bow. Chicken skewer was undercooked and chunks of cucumber and tomato were cut unevenly and overall too large to enjoy as a salad. Pita was good, Tazikiki was good, I enjoyed that. I wanted to love it so bad, but the quality wasn't there for the price, paid $20, for raw chicken and some produce.

I really want to love this place. After countless chances, it's time for a review. I wish so much that I understood what the deal is with their sauce. I have received a variety of different stories from staff over the past few years, yet I am still lost. Do meals come with one "complimentary" tatziki or spicy yogurt sauce?
