Just ordered two gyros on Ubereats and requested sauce on the side... well guess what. When our order arrived, we received NO sauce! Double checked our order and we did in fact request sauce on the side. We ended up just eating the plain tasting gyro that had no sauce whatever since they forgot it. What a disappointment.
The plate says it comes with salad. I get it home. No salad. 18$ and they can't get it right. Pretty annoying. And you should train your employees to learn the menu. I asked for the spicy yogurt and the cashier didn't seem to know what I was talking about.
Today I went to Nick the Greek after grocery shopping. A couple was in front of me and a group of 6 behind me. The couple got their order and began to eat. Then the group of 6 was served (I ordered before them). The couple finished their meal and left (I'm still waiting for my order) and the group of 6 is still eating. I always order online and it's never ready , I come in to pick up my order and they serve the people in line before then say they're out of what I ordered also you go to get your drink and they're out of your selection and instead of letting you know this your filling you cup with water!!!!
Not up to the freshness and quality I have had at other Nick the Greek's. The food tasted stale.
going to be straight up. food is really good but the manager needs to be more on top of this place. restroom doesn't work, drink selection minimal because they are out of order, no napkins in the holder, and dirty tables left and right. not that difficult to take care of this place.
This place is a disappointment. My teenager worked there and I can't believe how unprofessional this place is. I use to go there for food, but after seeing how they treat their employees, I will never go back again. Mercedes, the owner, really needs to train employee's properly and pay them on time as well as treat them with respect. I'm shocked by what I witnessed.
Incredible poor service. I asked 3 times not to get white sauce with our Pitas. 3 times. I explained we are allergic to that sauce. After 30 minutes of waiting, the Pitas came with... yes White Sauce! I friendly asked to get another set of Pitas WITHOUT white sauce. The person said no. Incredibly impolite and rude. Unbelievable. I couldn't believe it. The employee said to me "it's not my problem, I'm not the f@$&ing cook". At the same time, a customer was complaining about finding human hair in her Pita. Food OK but paying with credit card resulted in spam emails. I had not provided my email address, and I had neither asked for or authorized unsolicited offers from this restaurant or their agents. If I do eat there again I'll use cash.
