my wife is on my daughters bday holiday and this place got the order wrong and all but the bday girl got sick on the tomatoes or fresh vegetables , mind you they got in late but if this place is 4 star and works with greg produce there should be no exceptions . 10pm june 4th, 2021 wife was afraid to complain to owners
Forgot my extra sauce and charged 3.50 for some vinegar on my fries. Way over priced and cold.
Not really upto what I expected coz I ordered chicken, pork Belly and beef/lamb, I literally couldn't make out the difference between them. It was hard dried out and tasted like nothing no flavor etc. the location is pretty good. Nicks fries is waste of money again not fresh at all. All in all a 2 star for me.
Food was okay, I'd recommend going somewhere else, my order was messed up and I called about it and the gentleman on the phone took down my name and number and said he'd call back to fix the problem and never did....?
This was my first time going to this establishment, and my first time to the Santa Cruz location. Having never been there, I was not familiar with the routine or how things ran and especially not during this time of COVID and change. My friend had placed an order online, and because of some construction that blocked off the street, I walked to the building to pick up the food. Placed my order wrong. I pause for a veggie wrap and got a falafel wrap! And I found this when I was at home when they guy who gave my order confirmed that was a veggie wrap! Bad experience
We picked up food from Nick's today. The fries and falafel were stale. Was expecting much better for the price of the food here.
Do NOT waste your money here!!! Falafel "salad" was 3 pieces of burnt,dry, bland falafel on top of a bed of spinach- not arugula as listed -that was wilted and borderline rotten. Greek salad was bland and 99% soggy cucumbers. Staff was extremely rude when I realized I grabbed the wrong to-go bag (that was handed to me as my order number was called). Is was ok. I had a lamb and beef shawarma is was ok. The meat was thickly cut and tough.there were done soggy French fries unit and overall it was ok. Not worth the money. The Greek salad not so great either. Didn't taste the dressing!!!
