I want to give NO STARS to this restaurant due to several serious concerns however in order to post this i have to ",,,,,select a star rating for this business". My sisters and nieces (6 of us) were visiting from out of state for a week. Our first outing was for lunch after I picked them up from the airport. We went to Nick the Greek in South San Francisco. The wraps are great, but service needs improvement for Togo orders. I've ordered two times on different occasions and something went wrong. The first time I had a side salad and there's no dressing. Salad was basically lettuce filled to the brim with nothing else. Not really a side salad. Today I ordered a side soup and they gave me a fork to use as the utensil and no spoon.
Poor service and the cashier felt the liberty to charge me more when they were out of fries for subbing a salad instead. They were out of most things so they scrapped something together and yet charged me more?!?!
My order is wrong. I paid $20 for food I can't eat. I asked for no yogurt and it's covered I yogurt. Asked for utensils, didn't get those either..... but I guess doesn't matter since I can't eat it. Do not recommend.
I just got my worst Greek salat of my life. One slice of feta, 5 olives and cubes of cucumber and not ripe tomatoes.... And they charged $14
Wow, that was truly disappointing. It's sad, because I was so excited to try this place out! How do I explain this... The food was edible? Honestly, I could make this better at home. It was so mediocre, but I am at loss for words to describe it. I ordered the chicken Slovakia plate. I'm not sure if this is true, but this is my impression of the chicken. I was very disappointed when I didn't get flatware and napkins with my order. I am in a hotel, traveled all day I tired, hungry and upset I have nothing to eat my food with. I called the restaurant and this is something you need to request when you place your order. I was able to get flatware from the hotel. The gyro salad is very good. I will order again when I am in town, w/ flatware.
I am usually a fan....I am on a work trip and ordered from Uber eats, received the order and had a few things missing....the salad had absolutely no dressing, there was no tziki and I paid for and did not receive spicy yogurt, I called and the person could not help, kept apologizing but was not willing to make the order right, to say I am disappointed is an understatement
This is my first time ordering from this place. Only good thing is the first responder discount. When i got home I noticed my fries that were suppose to be on the side was missing. My kid's plate was also missing fries.
