Downhill yet again. I keep giving every.single.location a try and they keep dissapointing me. Dry not flavorful hummus. Dry gyro meat. Cold fries. Uncaring staff. I feel let down once again. This chain sacrificed quality for expansion.

This location is embarrassing. The owner and employees should be ashamed. We ordered lunch over the phone for pick-up. We were told it was going to be 15-20 minutes because they had a catering order. Furthermore, they were apparently out of souvlaki. Nick the Greek's SOUVLAKI House was out of souvlaki. Altered our order and showed up 10 minutes later to find one employee, clearly not working, off in the hall eating and playing on his phone. Chicken gyro meat was not gyro meat. it was something like roasted chicken. My gyro Bowl had bones in it.

I visited the south San Francisco location today on 10/12. The service is terrible. They are short staffed. The cashier was prioritizing the to go orders on the phone rather than helping the customers who have been waiting. I waited 10 minutes in line and another 20 mins for my food. I said no cheese on the salad, they gave me cheese. In addition, they didn't include utensils in the bag. The cashier is clearly overwhelmed and needs someone to help him. Never visiting this location again

This location was good when they first open but has gone downhill since. Wrong orders, missing items, quality of food,etc. The frozen yogurt machine is hit or miss, usually a miss and is broken. Or worse, they don't have yogurt to put in the machine. The last cup I got had about 2 ounces of yogurt and no baklava & honey....??? Why, cause they ran out! Tonight when I made the trip to pickup the the yogurt order, they couldn't fill it cause they were out of yogurt. They didn't let me know cause they thought it was a do... read more

I want to give NO STARS to this restaurant due to several serious concerns however in order to post this i have to ",,,,,select a star rating for this business". My sisters and nieces (6 of us) were visiting from out of state for a week. Our first outing was for lunch after I picked them up from the airport. We went to Nick the Greek in South San Francisco. The wraps are great, but service needs improvement for Togo orders. I've ordered two times on different occasions and something went wrong. The first time I had a side salad and there's no dressing. Salad was basically lettuce filled to the brim with nothing else. Not really a side salad. Today I ordered a side soup and they gave me a fork to use as the utensil and no spoon.

Poor service and the cashier felt the liberty to charge me more when they were out of fries for subbing a salad instead. They were out of most things so they scrapped something together and yet charged me more?!?!
