This is a really good restaurant. I walked in at 12:30pm on a Monday and they were absolutely SLAMMED. The restaurant is in a corporate park that has a ton of big buildings and not very many other restaurants. This means it will be consistently quite busy Monday through Friday at lunch. 2/5/22 It's been a while since I had Greek food, so I decided to try out Nick the Greek that recently opened a new location in South San Francisco. I went there with my mom, sister and Coco (my boyfriend's dog); I brought Coco along since they have outdoor seating. Last weekend I ordered take out for 17 people and our order was correct, veggies were fresh and crisp and staff was friendly on the phone! Came here today again and the cashier was very attentive and friendly. Once again the food was fresh and the place was clean. I know it's a chain restaurant but I wanted to leave a positive review on their friendly staff and freshness of their food! 5 stars for that! :)

Baller on a budget here Yo !!! Who's going to Check Me Boo ??? Certainly not you Fool!!!!! I m Gone with the Wind Fabulous!!! I'm on my way to Nick The Greeks!!! I parked in their Small Parking lot and rolled in like a Boss!!! I Perused the Menu and ordered a Lamb and Beef Gyro Combo with Everything on it !!!! What a horrible experience!!! Stay closed by at the AC hotel want to grab a quick bite went in and order the food for me and my friend we're having to wait 30-35 minutes and no food but all of the Uber Eats that came in got there delivered food if I can back track it was like 15 uber eats that got the delivery food first before I was even voting mine went up to the counter and asked the manager or who ever said that I still have to wait after for how long I being waiting 30 plus minutes all ready by this time I'm not hungry... read more

Walked in hopeful, walked right back out. There was no one at the counter and no visible way to order except a touchscreen bolted to the wall at belt level. I'm not even tall, and I still had to bend down awkwardly just to see it. No signage, no guidance, no staff--just a poorly thought-out setup that immediately signals how little consideration went into the customer experience. ambiance is awesom. unfortunately service is impersonal. My food took more than half my lunch break (16 min) fries were cold and not a single person was wearing a hair net.

Ordered dinner via Doordash and the chicken souvlaki in each of our dishes was still raw. I'm pregnant and can't afford to get sick so we threw the food away. So disappointing and a waste of money.
