Ordered over the holidays and was sorely disappointed it didn't taste fresh at all will not order again
A bare minimum. If you want to grab a quick bite, you could consider this place. Otherwise, plenty of other nice options nearby.
Order extra food and they won't include extra sauce. Even McDonald's does that. Good grief.
The food is fine...not the best but definitely not the worst BUT the crazy long time you have to wait for your food is NUTS! I've ordered ahead using their app and they are consistently 20 minutes past their promised time! I've tried ordering at the place and it's just as long! They needed to work on their systems. It's atrocious
The service was absolutely horrible!! I came to order on the tablet with only one person in the store. I WAITED MORE THAN 30 MINUETS FOR 3 ORDERS! I asked the guy and he was very slow , like sooooo slow. I'm not being mean it's the truth. I thought this might be be a fast food place, turns out it's a slow food. The fires are extremely salty I can't even eat them. The kale in the bowl was so old.
The staff was mean the guy completely ignored me when I walked in and when I got my order there were no utensils even tho I asked for them on the order and he served us the wrong thing
Really stingy froyo portions! Other nick the Greek locations give a regular serving size but for some reason this location never fills the container. Super disappointing.
We like Nick Greek, but this location kind of sucks compared to Daly City. First of all, the main cashier seems to be no full of personality. And he charges $.50 for the vinaigrette. I want to swap out the white sauce for the vinaigrette and he will not allow me until I pay $.50 per sauce. I go to Daly City all the time and buy a lot from Nick the Greek and have no issues just swapping out sauce, preferable taste. I would not come back to to this location because of this experience.
Terrible service. Ordered a frozen yogurt on their tablet. Noticed it's been over 5 minutes with no other orders pending. One worker was cooking while another just stood around . When I asked about my order, he said only the cashier in the back could do it. Asked if he can call the cashier and he said he doesn't know where he is or what he was doing.
