I ordered a chicken gyro bowl and loukoumades. I wish the portion for the bowl had a bit more, but I thought it was pretty delicious. No complaints really! But the lououmades? Wow, tasted like absolutely nothing. Not even a lack of flavor.. just no flavor at all. I tried two hoping the first one was bad.. but ended up throwing them away (and I hate to waste)

Only ones here at 11am on Sunday and took almost a half hour for them to prepare our food. Horrible service and staff never even checked on us or said anything with us waiting so long. Will not come back.

Line was short and didn't want to use the kiosk. Got to the front but dude at the register didn't want to make eye contact for 5-10 minutes. One of the cooks behind him told him to say something. "Could you use the kiosk?" Couldn't you have said that from the start? Left got poke one shop over instead no issue. Giving 2 stars because I had the option to order from the kiosk it was just my fault for choosing wrong and waiting. If you don't want me to order at the register just tell me.

Incredibly slow service! A simple bowl shouldn't take 20 minutes. No human interaction - you're forced to use a kiosk to place your order. You'd think this would make things faster, but it's the opposite! A typical Thai restaurant can whip up five Pad Thais in under 10 minutes. So why does a pre-cooked lamb/beef gyro take longer than a full catering order at most places? To make matters worse, my order was just sitting on the counter, ignored. Read the other reviews and said to myself 'it's Greek food, how could you possibly screw up a commercially prepared Gyro spit, or salad or rice'. The other reviews are right! Meat/rice/humus are tasteless, rice is dry and staff are sluggish and lack any enthusiasm. Considering how few options there are in South San Francisco, I'm hoping this place shuts down and something better takes its spot. Don't waste your time...it's as bad as the reviews say.

Not impressed at all, this was first time trying Nick The Greek. Total let down. Both falafel and veggie bowls at $15 were tiny. The falafels and rice were super dry. At least don't be stingy with the salad. First and last time.

VERY poor customer service with excessively long wait times. While I was there last week, 3 customers (including me) cancelled orders because no orders were being fulfilled. No one was at the counter to take orders for the first 15 minutes after my arrival, and no one was cooking for the entire half hour I wasted in the restaurant. Skip this place and spend your money somewhere that prioritizes and values its customers.

Downhill yet again. I keep giving every.single.location a try and they keep dissapointing me. Dry not flavorful hummus. Dry gyro meat. Cold fries. Uncaring staff. I feel let down once again. This chain sacrificed quality for expansion.

This location is embarrassing. The owner and employees should be ashamed. We ordered lunch over the phone for pick-up. We were told it was going to be 15-20 minutes because they had a catering order. Furthermore, they were apparently out of souvlaki. Nick the Greek's SOUVLAKI House was out of souvlaki. Altered our order and showed up 10 minutes later to find one employee, clearly not working, off in the hall eating and playing on his phone.
