Hello, So sorry about the inconvenience. To answer your question this is not company policy. Our machine was acting up a bit tonight and not freezing correctly so our staff decided to clean it. Apologies for unsatisfactory experience, I know our froyo is amazing and this must have been so disappointing. Ordered from here on Postmates because they had a BOGO offer. We got two Mediterranean salads and two wraps, all with Beef/Lamb gyro. The food was very tasty, however, all three of us who ate it had stomach pains and diarrhea throughout the night that continued into the next day. I'm assuming the BOGO was because the meat was going bad and they still served it anyways. Will not be ordering from here again and definitely going to be reporting this.

I asked for no oil on the salad and it arrives with oil. When thy brought it back it was obviously rinsed not a new salad. Water does not remove oil it just makes the salad soggy and oily

One star for lack of customer service. Placed an online order for the office, 15 people, and gave my cell number and email as required. Nothing complex or unusual in the order. Order was to be picked up @11:45 and it is now 30 minutes late and the food is still not ready. No call or email to alert us of the delay. So one of our staff lost 30 minutes of her work day due to this company's inability to provide basic customer service. We ate there Friday evening, it was absolutely horrible!! Most of it went to the garbage! It used to be good but i think there are new owners. Wont go back!!

Food was cold, falafel was like paste and gooey, still raw in the middle. Order took forever and every thing was cold. Fries were a soggy cold mess. The gyro meat was not fresh, seemed to be reheated using a microwave, I don't know if it was or not but the ends were dried out and tough like it was microwaved. Food was ok, nothing to write home about. Service was horrible. Started out with the cashier taking a call from the jail while we were trying to order. Next I watched our food sit on the counter for almost 10 minutes while she slowly put orders together. Our food was lukewarm warm/cold by the time it got to us . Will never be coming back here. Too many good Greek restaurants nearby.
I ordered the prasini salad, and it's usually refreshing at other locations but this was DRENCHED in the dressing. The humus was good but the pita was a bit stiff
