One star for lack of customer service. Placed an online order for the office, 15 people, and gave my cell number and email as required. Nothing complex or unusual in the order. Order was to be picked up @11:45 and it is now 30 minutes late and the food is still not ready. No call or email to alert us of the delay. So one of our staff lost 30 minutes of her work day due to this company's inability to provide basic customer service. We ate there Friday evening, it was absolutely horrible!! Most of it went to the garbage! It used to be good but i think there are new owners. Wont go back!!

Food was cold, falafel was like paste and gooey, still raw in the middle. Order took forever and every thing was cold. Fries were a soggy cold mess. The gyro meat was not fresh, seemed to be reheated using a microwave, I don't know if it was or not but the ends were dried out and tough like it was microwaved. Food was ok, nothing to write home about. Service was horrible. Started out with the cashier taking a call from the jail while we were trying to order. Next I watched our food sit on the counter for almost 10 minutes while she slowly put orders together. Our food was lukewarm warm/cold by the time it got to us . Will never be coming back here. Too many good Greek restaurants nearby.
I ordered the prasini salad, and it's usually refreshing at other locations but this was DRENCHED in the dressing. The humus was good but the pita was a bit stiff
Bad service, food mediocre. Reminds you of an abandoned fast food place. Not worth the cost
It's alright. If you know real Greek food this one is to commercialized plus I guess the cook didn't read the order correctly. I didn't want tomatoes, none of that weird mustard sauce, sub tzatziki, add spicy yogurt and add extra lettuce. Only thing that was right was the fries on the side. Probably would of been a lot better if my order was right. The restaurant was nice, clean and the customer service was good and dude was happy. Parking not so good. Don't think I'll be back tho not worth the drive from Fairfield.
*** EDIT*** The manager called me a few hours after I wrote this review and apologized and comped my meal as well as my next one. Like I said, this is my go-to place and it's awesome how fast and professional they handled this. This is my go-to place! The gyro bowls are great. HOWEVER, lately the customer service is lacking. Fries were soggy and the chicken looked old. Kinda grossed out with all the flys landing on our food. Won't be back
