The chicken souvlaki is good, the hummus is good, and the pita is ok. It's a fast food Greek place and I like to eat the food every now and then.
Nice to see Nick the Greek made it's way to Vacaville. You can either dine in or order online for delivery. I do like that Vacaville have several businesses that offer Greek/Mediterranean food. I tried the Chicken Souvlaki bowl and it was delicious. The chicken was marinated and tasted yummy. The portions are pretty big. Food is really good and staff is friendly. The pita is yummy and I like the souvlaki plates the most. You get lots of food.
How unfortunate is it that I just discovered this restaurant? The food is amazing! I visited Nick the Greek with my family and we ordered Falafel Pitas and a Falafel Plate. Their falafel is too good; flavorful and well-textured. It's good on it's own. Now when you eat it in the pita wrap? Delicious. Phenomenal. Mouth-watering. Food was good. Wish the pita wasn't as hard, I prefer it more fluffy. Kiddo loved the lamb/beef. Wished their staff were more knowledgeable on what is vegan on their menu.

Ordered from here on Postmates because they had a BOGO offer. We got two Mediterranean salads and two wraps, all with Beef/Lamb gyro. The food was very tasty, however, all three of us who ate it had stomach pains and diarrhea throughout the night that continued into the next day. I'm assuming the BOGO was because the meat was going bad and they still served it anyways. Will not be ordering from here again and definitely going to be reporting this.

I asked for no oil on the salad and it arrives with oil. When thy brought it back it was obviously rinsed not a new salad. Water does not remove oil it just makes the salad soggy and oily
