Soup is absolutely AWFUL, do not order. It's literally hot water with chicken pieces floating in it. Honestly, I'd save your money and pick up a cup of noodles and you'll be better satisfied.

Good "Greek" Food in Ventura. Very straightforward but always good. I like to order here for delivery if I am craving some comfort food. Their nick fries are great and the gyro bowl awesome! I really like their beignets, but the second time in a row I received the tiniest amount. Definately not worth the money. 8,50 for 6 tiny beignets which are not bigger then an egg yolk. (1.40 for just one!) The picture online lists 8... still even for 8 it's just too expensive. Even tough they taste good. Little frustrating.

I have eaten at Nick's several times in the past. I ate there on July 4th and had a chicken gyro. The sweet mayonnaise-mustard sauce was not what I wanted or expected. The chicken was cold and crumbly, and looked and tasted like it had been cooked a few days before. I knew immediately that Nick no longer owned it. Who wants sweet sauce on gyros? I've never tasted sweet coleslaw dressing on a gyro sandwich. Food was disgusting and these people serving have no idea what good genuine Greek food is. They should be ashamed what they're preparing and should close immediately. I was asked how was the food and I had no words! People shouldn't god here for fake Greek food. They didn't even have dill cucumber yogurt sauce. That's like a staple for Greek food... eat at your own risk. I got the runs from this place.

I love the food here it's amazing, unfortunately the last couple of times I've been there things are not the same. the music is very loud, it was hard to order without yelling or repeating myself. I was informed by the cashier the neighbor discount was no longer available, I work across the way and we were always offered the industry neighbor discount. Employee here: Nick the Greek has been under new ownership, and since then tips have been essentially ROBBED from the employees who earned them, by none other than the owners and management. Do not dine here. Do not give them your money. They will take everything for themselves and withhold tips and wages from their employees. Go to the location in Santa Barbara or Westlake Village where the employees are treated with dignity.

The food itself is great however the service seems to lack. We asked for our orders to go and got them served instead. Had to ask for boxes and the girl with long dark hair seemed annoyed although it was her mistake. Also online orders take priority over customers in the store so you'll be waiting a long time for your order since they attended the mobile order picks up before you.

I've been to Nick the Greek a few times. The food is amazing but today when I came in a saw the manager yelling at an employee in front of the whole store. It was completely inappropriate. The service I had from the employee was great as well. This is not the first time I've noticed the manager not being professional. Other times I've come in he seemed to be completely drunk and another time was also drunk and looked extremely nervouse and was crying. It has caused me to be extremely uncomfortable when I've gone
