I was here for lunch last week, the food was great but I saw a manager berating an employee and it was so uncomfortable. I got the sense the manager was maybe intoxicated? I'm not really sure but it was uncomfortable non the less.

So i haven't gone here in over 6 months.. and tonight i decided to come back. The last time i was here they really undercooked my chicken skewers and they was really rare on the inside... like how you are supposed to cook a steak rare. Went i showed them they apologized and made me some new food. Half way through my meal i realized that only the skewers were new.. the rice and the salad were still the same. This place is so poorly managed. I feel bad for the employees. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to be fired. It is clear that workers are not properly trained.

Not one to leave reviews, but I came in for a late lunch, was incredibly disturbed as who I assume was the manager or some sort of supervisor was very clearly inebriated and hysterical!!!! I felt extremely uncomfortable in the environment, and left with haste.. I left in such a haste that I didn't even get dessert!!! The man reeked of alcohol and it pained me to stay any longer than I needed to. Do better Nick the Greek.

First off, I do not like giving low ratings. I gave myself time to cool down as this was a confusing trip to Nick the Greeks. Wait for the magic show, people! Placed an order for 3 Greek yogurts at 2:04pm. Checked to see if order was called after a while, as it wasn't busy (3 tables, 4 ifyou count the table putside with the couple). I hate giving this restaurant a bad review because I really like it- it's in a great location in downtown Ventura and all of my prior experiences here have been good. But this past visit was disappointing, I don't know maybe it was just due to the young kid working in the kitchen. The quality was really lacking. Over $13 for a chicken gyro that I would've needed three to feel fulfilled from. Maybe if it were $8 I could justify it but that was absurd.

Not one to leave negative reviews but tho the food I've had there is decent enough, the service always is lacking. I placed a to go order for a dinner plate that has salad snd rice and meat and pita triangles and a dip, but was not given silverware again. Was not provided a salad dressing cuz I asked for it in the side cuz last time it was waaay too much dressing on the salad. II went in to get Lamb and beef gyro. It was supposed to be lamb and beef with onion ,tomato, and tatziki sauce. I had a few bites and the meat looked light in color. I asked the guy are you sure this is lamb and beef? He said yes. When I got home and shared the rest with my friend she said this is chicken. And it had tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise on it. No way was it tatziki sauce. It had no flavor. Very disappointed and I live too far to come back and get another one.
