1st time here last night! Super clean and spacious in busy downtown walnut creek! My friend suggested meditteranean which is one of my favorite foods, i found something with lamb in it, without cheese or bread cause im on the restricted diet program! to my surprise it was a big portion with spinach and arugula, topped with slice lamb drizzled with this honey balsamic sauce! this totally hit the spot! as enticing as pita and gyro bread sounded, i knew i would be in pain on my next gym visit! would probably go again!
I visited Nick the Greek on Saturday, 1/7/23, during dinnertime. I decided to order the Beef Gyro Bowl. It was fresh, light and delicious. The staff members were very welcoming and friendly, too.

Amazing food for really good prices. Got the Nick fries (which is HUGE) and a baklava for $17. Would definitely recommend!
Service was quick, I went on my lunch break & they we're pretty busy with orders to go & a small line with people already dinning. Food was fresh, only thing I regret is not getting sauce on the side it comes with it on there but I'm huge on creamy stuff, so once I ate the top of the bowl more teziki sauce would've been so good to keep adding. No biggie. It was still incredible! Definitely coming back. Also wish the bowl came with a pita bread but that's just me. Lol
The food was pretty good, we got it pretty fast. It is a small place but clean service is great. I definitely would recommend and would come again!
I highly recommend their Beef/Lamb Gyro. I told my husband I want to move here, or at least spend the night. Their food is the real deal, so fresh, colorful, nutritious, and yummy num, nums! I'm a regular Oakland Hill Greek Fest attendee for decades, and this food tops there's. Sorry, Father Tom. Don't miss a chance at trying this restaurant. I think I'm in love! So at the last minute I decided I was too tired (lazy) to cook dinner. Jumped on the DoorDash app and this place popped up. Figured what the hey, let's go for it! I must say I was pleasantly surprised!!!! First off, they got my order correct. WIN! Secondly, I love the ratio of salad to rice to protein. WIN! (I'm a low/no carb kinda girl) And lastly though my order was laced close to closing time, it was still FRESH. WIN!!!! And I hold no shame for finishing the bowl! Love this place. lamb gyro for days delicious and so tender and the fries are top 5. Some new flavor for walnut creek everything else is kinda like somewhere else here. good job Creek Q
