Super great addition to Walnut Creek! We don't have to drive to Concord to enjoy Nick the Greek anymore. YAY!!! The husband and I ordered takeout for lunch and they were super fast. We placed our order in person and it was ready within just a few minutes. They really are efficient, and the chicken was cooked all the way through, so yup, that's efficiency right there. I had been here 2x recently and it's been awesome. The parking is more street Friendly compared to the other location in Veranda which is a large parking lot. They have all the same Gyros and menu as other locations except for the Alcohol/ Beer as of yet. Friendly service and great food is why I frequent Nick's. I was surprised, and delighted to hear that they have opened in Walnut Creek. The food tasted so amazing in the staff was so friendly. My new favorite place in Walnut Creek.!
I like Greek food a lot. I was walking when I noticed this restaurant and told myself I need to try it. I ordered beef/ lamb gyro and the gyro salad. The gyro salad was good the balsamic vinegar dressing was a bit strong for my taste but overall good. The beef/ lamb gyro was good also. For a fast food spot its not bad by any means. The customer service was great and the restaurant was clean.
YUMMIE!!! FILLING!!! FRIENDLY!!!! FAST!!!!! WTH else could you need! Killer Gyro jammed full of meat. Greek fries are a must. Young lady at the register (did not get her name) was fun, friendly & efficient! Basically.....a 5 star effort in all ways!! WAY2GO Nicks in the Dub C!
Had it for the first time on Saturday. It was so delicious that I had to get it again yesterday. Both times were delicious. I highly recommend the bowls and the Greek fries!
My first time having Nick the Greek and I got to say, it was pretty good. I had ordered the lamb gyro that came in a pita wrap. The wrap itself was great but the fries had been a little soggy and cold. I would have given this 5* if their fries had been fresh and crisper.
Deliciously fresh food with even better customer service! The best Mediterranean food in the Bay Area!
Food 5/5 excellent quantity and quality for the price Atmosphere 5/5 the seating outside right on the locust strip is great. Service 4.5/5 great, they bring your food to you. Cleanliness: 5/5 it's spotless; as it should be since they just opened. We will see how long they are able to sustain this level of food and service considering they're new on the block.
