I'm not sure who the cook was on 12/15 at the Locust St. location, but this was the worst salad/meal I have ever had from your franchise. For reference- we ordered 2 salads with chicken. I have ordered this salad 3 times now since they came out, however the salad was SOOOO salty, it wasn't edible. The cucumbers were roughly chopped, I got half of a full cucumber in my bowl and the kale was 3/4 majority inedible stems. 2x this happened. I placed my order through the app, and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there right on time -- only to end up waiting another 20 minutes for my food. If I'm ordering ahead, it should be ready when it says it will be. On top of that, I asked for double meat, and the portion is exactly like the regular single-- kinda like Chipotle when they give you a tiny scoop and side-eye you for asking for more.
