We were craving fries and ordered the Greek Fries. Sat there for about 15 minutes for one order of fries and it was cold and stale. Its pretty damn hard to mess up one order of fries but they managed to do that.

One of the signs of a poorly run business is a lack of flexibility. A good example of this came today, when I arrived with my son to get two lamb gyros. Rather than have fries in the gyro, I asked that they add a little salad to my gyro in place of the fries. They refused to accommodate those request. When I had gone to this establishment in the past, this request was honored without hesitation. I have also been to the Napa location several times, and had the same experience. The attitude of the person handling the ord... read more

Ordered the Greek salad w/Chicken and extra dressing, Falafel gyro and fries. Pick up order was literally ready in 5 minutes.... That should have been my first clue. Zero seasoning in the gyro or chicken in my salad. They don't allow special requests on orders so they put the "extra dressing" on my salad but I couldn't even tell! Fries were stone cold. Totally unimpressed for a place that somehow has 4.7 stars

Really bad service, the guy behind the counter today 6/29 @ 8 pm was really disrespectful, I was standing there for 15 minutes for a piece of Baklava and he didn't take the time just to speak to me and when I said excuse me, he was yelling "I am busy now, you need to give me 2 minutes" I was really pissed off and this is just unacceptable! I am sorry for that coz I loved this place

I came in with the family and ordered a bunch of food including the chicken and pork souvlaki, various salads including the Greek and house salad. Overall very lack luster food. We asked specially if the chicken was breast meat and they answered yes. All of the chicken that arrived was dark meat. The salads were not fresh and soaked with bland dressing. Wasn't a fan of the service either, including not proving utensils and general lack of product knowledge.

Only reason the food taste better is because they use MSG in their beef lamb be careful I had terrible side effects I wish they would post this on the website or at the business. Tried calling them and they totally avoided my second call when asked to call back for this info.

Had an odd interaction with a staff member... I have a peanut allergy so the first thing I do at a new restaurant is ask about whether they use peanuts or peanut oil. I asked at the counter and before I was finished speaking the employee said, "We do". I was caught off guard so I clarified and he said "we do use peanut oil" I was a bit taken aback as usually employees will have to check with the kitchen and usually Greek food is usually safe. Overall was a strange interaction, but glad I stayed away. They should definitely h... read more

ordered online from doordash. the gyro was good, the greek salad (greed salad). i never thought you could make a bad greek salad, but in their desire to charge a higher price and not spend much time putting it together they cut everything WAY to large. this made eating it very unenjoyable, and considering the price made me a bit annoyed. on top of the annoying size (and purpose) of the cuts, it was poorly dressed, overall making it a big disappointment.

We had 2 vegetarian pita, one with falafel and the second one was veggies. Found the falafel okay but the veggie had a lot of moisture and kept dripping and was very messy to eat. Wish the veggies were not so soggy. Also found it very bland so had to ask for hot sauce and yogurt sauce.
