I ordered delivery on Postmates. Two things were missing. The salad had no dressing. All of the meat, lamb and chicken were dry and looked a day old.
We have been to this restaurant 8 to 10 times in the past, and the quality has deteriorated signicantly over the past several months. tonight, my wife had the lamb/beef combination plate and I had the same with chicken. My chicken consisted of less than a quarter of a chicken breast. It was dry, and sinewy. So much less meat compared to previous efforts, Will not go back again.
I asked for extra sauce with my GIRO and said I would pay for it. They said don't worry about it. the second host delivered my food and I didn't get the extra sauce so I asked for it. She said you didn't pay for. She gave me so much attitude for asking for it, it just ruined my meal. She was so rude to me. I'm not a charity case. I pay for what I want.
Food is great. Customer service is great. But they have no air conditioning! The poor workers are standing there sweating all over the place. I couldn't sit down and eat my food, took it to go. AC needs to be fixed.
i've been to this location four times in the past two weeks and they still have no air conditioning. The workers are hot and sweaty and it's almost unbearable to have to wait for my food inside . These conditions are atrocious for both workers and customers . Dont recommend going here unless you want to be cooked along with your food
It was last Friday, around 12 noon. I went in there for the third time. The other 2 times were great. I received service from a very pleasant female individual with Golden blonde hair. The food was great, I ordered a falafel (whole order) with fries and a drink. But, last Friday, I received service from a female, with dried dark black hair, very rude, I as I looked at the menu she was of no assistance. My husband order food from here and we were sitting outside and they kicked us out because I was eating chipotle. Mind you, I'm allergic to gluten, soy, milk & eggs so I didn't feel comfortable purchasing food from them. We were not bothering anyone but they decided to give us issues and kick us out even though my husband had purchased food. Employee was very rude.
Had the nicks fries. Needs more. It's bland. Sauces were made with nonfat yogurt...blah. if you're unto diet food, this might actually be a good option. I am not on a diet. Meh.
Terrible service and disgusting food. Stay away. Went here and got told I couldn't eat the food they sold me on the premises. Ridiculous.
